I’m With Sarah Palin! Don’t Get Demoralized! Get Organized! Take Back Our Liberty And Freedom

One the 235th anniversary of Patrick Henry’s iconic "Give Me Liberty, or Give Me Death" speech, Barack Obama signs into law an unconstitutional power grab, disguised as "health care reform" that steals every single American’s freedom and liberty and establishes a central command and control government that will have total control over every aspect of your life, totally usurping the United States Constitution that our founders shed blood to establish.

It is beyond outrageous: It’s obscene.

No time to sit and complain though, it’s time to get energized and organized. We must defeat each and ever democrat in every election, at every level. No quarter must be given.

Let’s face it, the concept of a "blue dog" democrat, a "pro-life" democrat, or even such a thing as a "moderate" democrat, is a myth, a fantasy, a lie!

With the passage of ObamaCare, the worst piece of legislation in American history, one so unpopular that 3 out of ever 4 Americans loudly oppose it, the mask is off. Democrats have proven what many of us have been saying for a long time: Radical Marists, communists, have taken complete control of the party.

In essence, there are no trustworthy democrats, none. With the events we have witnessed over the past year, since radical communist Barack Obama took office, we now know that this group of Marxist thugs have no respect for the Constitution, no respect for the rule of law, and absolutely no respect for the American people.

These people must be defeated at every level, and shunned by polite society. Again, no quarter should be given. We learned all too well with Bart Stupak that ALL democrats are unprincipled traitors who would sell their children for the right price. In fact, that’s exactly what Stupak did, except he sold other people’s children.

Speaking of Stupak, he is a traitor to the nation. He sold us all out for his 30 pieces of silver and he sold out the millions of babies who will be murdered in the name of the Almighty Obama!

Stupak has a challenger, Dr Dan Benishek. Dr Benishek is a businessman and a solid conservative. He is not a career politician. Just a regular guy who wants to serve. We urge everyone to support Dr Benishek. You can check him out on Facebook here and catch an interview he did with Mark Levin here.

Sarah Palin, the leader of the free world, has announced a plan to start taking our nation back, one seat at a time:

Don’t Get Demoralized! Get Organized! Take Back the 20!

With the president signing this unwanted and "transformative" government takeover of our health care system today with promises impossible to keep, let’s not get discouraged. Don’t get demoralized. Get organized!

We’re going to reclaim the power of the people from those who disregarded the will of the people. We’re going to fire them and send them back to the private sector, which has been shrinking thanks to their destructive government-growing policies. Maybe when they join the millions of unemployed, they’ll understand why Americans wanted them to focus on job creation and an invigorated private sector. Come November, we’re going to print pink slips for members of Congress as fast as they’ve been printing money.

We’re paying particular attention to those House members who voted in favor of Obamacare and represent districts that Senator John McCain and I carried during the 2008 election. Three of these House members are retiring – from Arkansas’s 2nd district, Indiana’s 8th district, and Tennessee’s 6th district – but we’ll be working to make sure that those who replace them are Commonsense Conservatives. The others are running for re-election, and we’re going to hold them accountable for this disastrous Obamacare vote. They are: Ann Kirkpatrick (AZ-1), Harry E. Mitchell (AZ-5), Gabrielle Giffords (AZ-8), John Salazar (CO-3), Betsy Markey (CO-4). Allen Boyd (FL-2), Suzanne M. Kosmas (FL-24), Baron P. Hill (IN-9), Earl Pomeroy (ND-AL), Charlie Wilson (OH-6), John Boccieri (OH-16), Kathy Dahlkemper (PA-3), Christopher Carney (PA-10), John M. Spratt, Jr. (SC-5), Tom Perriello (VA-5), Alan B. Mollohan (WV-1), and Nick J. Rahall II (WV-3).

We’ll aim for these races and many others. This is just the first salvo in a fight to elect people across the nation who will bring common sense to Washington. Please go to sarahpac.com and join me in the fight.

Stand tall, America. Real change is coming!

- Sarah Palin

There is a reason why we and millions more refer to Sarah as the leader of the free world. Sarah Palin consistently speaks to the liberty and freedom our founding fathers fought and died for. Like the great Ronald Reagan before her, Sarah brings optimism and a can do spirit that is sorely lacking in others.

Sarah Palin sees America as "that shining city on a hill" that Reagan often spoke of.

Sarah also brings her competitive, never say die, spirit to the fight. No road is too long, no mountain is too high. Sarah inspires us all with her grit and determination. Watching her, a woman who grew up in a simple log cabin in the Alaskan wilderness, and rose to the highest levels of power and achievement, inspires us all to do our best each and every day, to work hard toward our goals, and to enjoy life to the fullest while we do it. She reminds us we all have the power to succeed.

America is the greatest nation ever to exist. Only in America does the opportunity exist to start with nothing and become everything. No other nation, now, or in history has empowered it’s citizenry in the way our nation has empowered them.

That all started changing today though. The moment Obama signed the legislation, liberty and freedom was dealt a massive blow, some say a mortal wound. Some say liberty and freedom are now dead and buried.

I however, refuse to say that. Liberty and freedom have been severely wounded, but there is plenty of time to heal them. The treatment for this, the prescription, if you will, is a thorough cleansing, starting with Congress.

We must rid Congress from all of those who would desecrate our Constitution and all of those who would see to grow government further. This includes progressives in BOTH parties. Anyone who disrespects the American people and seeks to go against their will.

Then we must remove these dangers to our liberty and freedom at the state and local level.

In other words, just as we must defeat each and ever democrat, at every level! We must also defeat the progressive Republicans. They are just as bad, because they enable the democrats in their insanity.

The time for timidity is over folks, we must be bold, we must be courageous. We can no longer sit back and allow these intolerable acts to be forced upon us. Our nation’s survival demands it!

"The war is inevitable -- and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come."

Katie Couric & the Lamestream Media

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

When Katie Couric interviewed Governor Palin during the 2008 campaign, America saw a badgering piranha who had a clear agenda. That agenda was not to be fair and balanced and facilitate an interview that would allow the American people to hear from the governor and then make up their minds about her. It was not to present the truth in honest journalistic fashion. Her whole agenda seemed to be to demean, deride, and hound the governor right out of the gate on one issue in particular: abortion. Throughout the interview she looked condescendingly at Governor Palin, blinking wildly, obviously put off by this Republican woman with the unmitigated temerity to be unapologetically pro-life. Then she edited, spliced, and released something that misrepresented the interview. She might very well be the actual impetus for the phrase that has gained such notoriety since those elections: lamestream media.

Contrast her treatment of Governor Palin to her treatment Sunday of Rahm Emanuel, President Obama's Chief of Staff. Couric could barely keep from smiling, and might as well have put him on her lap, rocked him back and forth, and told him to blow while she wiped his nose. Was this an interview or was this Mommy taking care of Baby? I know spring is here, but it's a bit early still for softball. Couric was full of smiles as she interviewed Obama's right hand man. She might as well have held his hand.

Anybody with even one eye can see that the media is in the tank for Obama. There's no surprise there. When we get a chance to see something like this, though, we have to wonder if they even have the sense to pretend--you know, to do a little acting so their agenda is not so obvious. Perhaps Katie could have stopped smiling long enough to provide even the appearance of being something other than an obsessive liberal partisan.

I'm not suggesting that Emanuel should have been given the same treatment Governor Palin received. Katie's behavior during that particular interview was, frankly, embarrassing as she beat Governor Palin over the head twelve times on the issue of abortion. The governor wrote on page 277 of Going Rogue, "I began to feel like I was in the movie Groundhog Day." Yet during a time of various serious national issues, health care being one of them, Ms. Couric couldn't stop smiling long enough to even feign nonpartisanship while having tea with Emanuel. I suppose that's her modus operandi when dealing with the Left, though. After all, Joe Biden told her that FDR was president when the stock market crashed and that he talked about it on television, yet Katie said nothing. Maybe she didn't know to correct him. I wonder what she reads.

No surprise people like Katie Couric are losing their credibility with the people. More and more Americans are resenting the lamestream media's attack on their intelligence as they refuse to be fair and balanced in their reports. Our patience is increasingly declining, which might explain Couric's declining ratings.

Below are clips from her interviews with Governor Palin and Rahm Emanuel.

US District Court Denies Subpoena of Gov Palin's Emails

On March 17, 2010, the magistrate judge presiding over the criminal case pending against the alleged hacker, David Kernell, issued a detailed and thorough ruling denying Mr. Kernell's request for broad subpoena requests to rummage through Sarah Palin's email account. The judge, U.S. District Judge C. Clifford Shirley, Jr. denied David C. Kernell’s motion to subpoena all of Governor Palin’s emails. Instead, the judge looked closely at the governments allegation against David Kernell, and Kernell's defenses, and determined that the subpoenas the defense lawyer proposed sought, with one exception, completely irrelevant information to any issue pending in the case. Mr. Kernell was indicted for unauthorized access and identity theft allegedly committed on September 16, 2008. (March 17, 2010 Court Order, p. 2).

Kernell is facing trial for supposedly breaching and then establishing control over one of Gov. Palin’s private email accounts. After taking control of the email account, Mr. Kernell is then alleged to have posted several private emails, and personal and confidential information within the breached account to a public website. He was also indicted for posting the reset password to Gov. Palin’s breached account on that website and providing people with the means to access her account. One person apparently did in fact access her account using the information Kernell Provided (Shirley, 2010, p. 6).

Documents Sought Irrelevant and Inadmissible

For reasons never adequately explained by the defense, Kernell essentially sought access to every Palin email account and wanted copies of all emails. This amounted to a large scale fishing expedition that appeared more like a political maneuver than part of any justified legal defense. The court denied the overbroad and intrusive requests, and Judge Shirley ruled that Kernell “has received most of the requested materials in discovery and that the remainder are irrelevant or inadmissible at trial” (Shirley, 2010, p. 2). Federal Criminal Procedure Rule 17 stipulates that a subpoena may be issued to produce “any books, papers, documents, data, or other objects the subpoena designates,” and that all parties and their lawyers may inspect these documents; however, “[t]he Court may quash or modify a Rule 17 subpoena upon a motion promptly made if ‘compliance would be unreasonable or oppressive’ ” (Shirley, 2010, p. 2).

The government argued that the subpoenas were very broad and that the items requested were not relevant or admissible. With regard particularly to the subpoenas for information from Yahoo! and 4Chan, the government characterized most of the materials requested as duplicating discovery that the defendant had already received. It asserted that the materials that were not duplicative were irrelevant and inadmissible (Shirley, 2010, p. 2).
Most importantly, Judge Shirley denied the request to subpoena the content of email from any of Gov. Palin’s accounts. “The requests must be further narrowed to specifically exclude the content of emails” (Shirley, 2010, p. 5).

Rule 17 Not a Tool for Pre-Trial Discovery

Citing US v. Nixon, Judge Shirley noted that Rule 17 is not to be used as a tool for pre-trial discovery, which is a process by which evidence is gathered prior to a trial (Shirley, 2010, p. 3). Regarding Gov. Palin’s emails specifically, Shirley wrote in his ruling, “the government summarily suggested in passing that this Court lacked the authority to issue subpoenas for the content of emails under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act” (Shirley, 2010, p. 4). Essentially, acquiring these emails would have violated Gov. Palin’s privacy a second time and given the Democrats an opportunity to read her emails under the pretext of defending Kernell.

Seven out of Eight Subpoena Requests Denied; One Request Granted with Limitation

Only one out of eight requests within Kernell’s motion for subpoena was granted, and that was limited to one email account. (Shirley, 2010, p. 7). Judge Shirley’s order denying these subpoenas was a major victory for the prosecution. Gov. Palin is set to testify at the trial, which is scheduled for next month.

Discovery Channel Wins Bid For Sarah Palin’s Alaska

Sources say Discovery Communications has edged out rival A&E Networks in the bidding for the project, titled "Sarah Palin's Alaska."
Although travelogues are on brand for the Discovery flagship, having Palin as a centerpiece also makes the show a fit for mom-friendly TLC. Clearly nature docs are still viable for the company -- Discovery's latest effort in genre, the miniseries "Life," just debuted to 11.8 million viewers on Sunday night.
In her numerous TV appearances across a variety of programs, Sarah Palin has likewise proven she can draw an audience. Yet her show won't come cheap. Governor Palin's agent is asking $1.5 million per episode but considering the millions  & millions of viewers it is a bargain.  It will most likely be the most watched documentary in history.
The high-definition program will be shot in a style similar to "Life" or the 11-part "Planet Earth" and will feature Sarah Palin as a guide to the Alaskan outdoors.
