NOTE TO SARAH PALIN: IT WAS SOROS, DEMOCRATS, WASILLA AND MCCAIN

NOTE: This article was originally published on a different site. Both the article and the writer have been removed from that site involuntarily. I do, however, understand the reasons for it, and I expected it.

I think it is important for the writing to be read; therefore, I am posting it here. My thanks to the Web Bridgade for making that possible.

NOTE TO SARAH PALIN: IT WAS SOROS, DEMOCRATS, WASILLA AND MCCAIN

From the time of her announcement as the Vice Presidential selection by Senator John McCain, Governor Sarah Palin has been the target of a nearly solid wall of attacks from the Democrats. It was obvious to them from the very beginning that with her popularity rating in her home state of Alaska, her knowledge of the issues, added to the fact she is an attractive, young woman with a family must have terrified them. Could it be that she could actually lead the Republicans to the White House in 2009?

Speaking from a Conservative viewpoint, I think it goes without saying that Senator John McCain, while a real American hero and patriot, was not the strongest candidate the Republican Party could have nominated. Many of his political views present a more moderate slant than many voters would have preferred. It is when he is compared to the Democratic Party candidate of 2008 that his Conservatism becomes more noticeable.

The one thing that most Conservatives will agree with candidate McCain was his Vice Presidential selection. Here was the epitome of Conservatism at its best. A strict Constitutionalist and Federalist, Governor Sarah Palin embodies everything we hold most closely to our hearts where our Founding Fathers and the documents of Democracy they left for us are concerned. In Sarah Palin, the Conservatives of America found the whole package – beauty and intelligence bundled inside a knowledgeable politician firmly grounded in the Constitution of the United States. This is exactly the reason the Democrats feared her then as well as now.

The Obama campaign immediately began looking for anything they could find to use against her. They weren’t alone in their search. The George Soros funded groups with ties to MoveOn.org used their networking to offer as much as $5000 for damaging employment or personal information about Mrs. Palin’s husband, Alaska’s “First Dude”, Todd Palin.

It was impossible for them to find the bombshell of embarrassment they sought. They resorted to exploiting incidents that would appear questionable to the public at large. With the careful use of embellishment and untruths, they crafted a carefully choreographed strategy to destroy the humanity of the woman Sarah Palin is; dedicated to her God, strongly family oriented, self-confident and emotionally and mentally grounded in the ideals of Democracy.

According to an Obama media adviser, the DNC was asked to “coordinate surrogates” to replace the Democrat women which had been used in advertising to this point. According to Spectator.org, "Last Friday, the Democrat women they put all looked old and tired, nothing like what folks were seeing from Palin," says an Obama media adviser. "It was like, 'we don't have any good-looking younger representatives to put up?'"

A headline in the September 9, 2008, issue of The Chicago Tribune would seem to confirm that the Democratic Party listened to the Obama media adviser.

Also contributing to the barrage of attacks was The Wasilla Project, a series of four videos by “independent filmmakers” comprised of interviews with several Alaska citizens, not all of whom are from Wasilla, but who all had reason to oppose Governor Sarah Palin’s Republican nomination. In some cases it may have been a job loss or the fact that Governor Palin terminated a contract with ConocoPhillips and one of their partners, Pioneer Natural Resources, a company doing business on the North Slope of Alaska for which one of the interviewed citizens works.

Others had different reasons, but the opposition was extremely limited which is perhaps the reason the Wasilla Project interviewed only ten Alaskans (Andree McLeod, Zane Henning, Victoria Naegele, Dianne Woodruff, Howard Bess, Eric Croft, Tara Henry, Dr. Colleen Murphy and Geran Tarr) using some of them multiple times in separate video clips.

A simple web search for The Wasilla Project returns the following credits:

Several of the people involved with The Wasilla Project are employed by eMotion Studios; some are not. Among those not employed by eMotion Studios are Erik Johnson, a Senior Director in Product Research for Epicor Software, who had worked with this same group of people from eMotion Studios prior to The Wasilla Project; Eric Ladenburg, an Instructor for Bay Area Video Coalition; Michael Becker, a composer; Carla Hardaway, an actress whose voice is used in many videos; Rachel Gaunt, an expert in Life and Executive Coaching.

The eMotion Studios web site states their “… purpose is to help our clients develop a human connection with their audiences. Pretty simple. Very potent. The most direct path to people’s mind’s and hearts is through stories, imagery and technology that surprises and engages them.” This is the reason they allegedly were chosen by the Democratic National Committee and George Soros funded enterprises, for this smear campaign against Governor Sarah Palin.

In an interview with the Anchorage Daily News on October 8, 2008, Paul Lundahl expressed to Kyle Hopkins, writer for the Alaska Politics section, his political stance for creating the first four-minute video in the series of four by saying, "If we didn't do this and McCain's elected on Nov. 4 and we felt like ... people didn't know who Sarah Palin was, it would feel really bad."

The article points out that a fund-raiser was held in the home of an unnamed female friend of the project most likely during the period from September 26-28, 2008. Speculation as to who this “friend” is includes Andree McLeod, Val Henning, Shannyn Moore, Linda Kellen Biegel, Jeanne Devon, Dianne Woodruff, and others.

There is also the possibility that in an attempted ruse, this dinner wasn’t actually hosted by a “she”, but rather a “he”; specifically, Phil Munger. In my research, I came across this quote in a Huffington Post article of April 22, 2009, written by Shannyn Moore:

Right after the nomination of Sarah Palin for VP, Wasilla blogger, musician, professor, and all around renaissance man, Phil Munger, threw a party at his home-the first of many. Secrecies were sworn; we were not alone in front of our computers-we had each other; Mudflats, Immoral Minority, Writing Raven, Celtic Diva, Progressive Alaska, Alaska Report, What Do I Know, and myself, Just a Girl From Homer. Documentary crews interviewed us and protected anonymous identities at the time.

It would be easier to win the battle against Governor Palin in the court of public opinion if the Democrats could use the Republican Party against her. This, they set out to do. There are times that one simply has to do what one has to do. At some point there is a time of pay-back. The Democrats, with the assistance of their friend and financial supporter, George Soros, found it time to collect on some of those debts the Republican owed them.

When doing research for any form of writing, locating some pieces to the puzzle is an easy task. Others require the researcher/writer to accept the information found regardless of how much the opposite would be preferred.

The McCain campaign didn’t offer much in the way of support for reported leaks which began very shortly after Governor Palin joined the ticket. When the source of leaks from inside the McCain camp was finally revealed regarding the purchase of clothing for Sarah Palin, the Vice Presidential candidate, and her family, and charging that Palin suffered from post-partum depression among other leaks to the media, a war of words ensued between William Kristol, editor of The Weekly Standard and Steve Schmidt, campaign manager for McCain.

Even these leaks were not enough to break the momentum the newly energized Republican campaign felt at the inclusion of Governor Palin. Political polling numbers began to rise, larger crowds began showing up at political rallies, funding increased and support grew consistently.

George Soros had a single goal, according to an interview The Washington Post published on November 11, 2003. In this interview, Soros said that removing President George W. Bush from office was the "central focus of my life" and "a matter of life and death." He said he would sacrifice his entire fortune to defeat President Bush, "if someone guaranteed it."

From his vast resources, Soros donated $3 million to the Center for American Progress, $5 million to MoveOn and $10 million to America Coming Together. These are all organizations known to be funded directly by George Soros and his Open Society Institute. On September 28, 2004, he dedicated more money to his campaign to defeat the Republican incumbent and began his own multi-state tour starting with the National Press Club in Washington, DC, with a speech titled “Why We Must Not Re-elect President Bush.”

During his unsuccessful campaign for the Republican nomination for President in 2000, Senator John McCain sports many moneyed organizers. One of these organizers was George Soros. It does not require a stretch of the imagination to wonder if this move in the 2000 Republican race was intended by Soros as part of his major push to defeat George Bush in 2004.

Of course the possibility exists that not only was the effort to continue his political vendetta against George Bush, George Soros was building up political capital to spend at a later date as he supported the McCain-Feingold Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002, which was intended to end "soft money" contributions to federal election campaigns.

There is also the connection between these two, John McCain and George Soros, through John McCain’s Reform Institute (RI). They both benefit from the assistance of Rick Davis, shown to be a consultant to John McCain’s RI, and the connection between McCain and the funding. This list of funding for the Reform Institute includes The Tides Foundation and OSI, Soros’ Open Society Institute.

Could this single connection be reason for Conservative Palin supporters to ask the McCain campaign: Why was McCain's staff receiving paychecks from George Soros while at the same time Soros' groups were savaging his running mate? Furthermore, why was there an apparent lack of defense strategy during the campaign? Why the lack of support for Governor Palin after the election? Finally, why did the McCain staff leak lies and rumors about the Governor?"

No Truth to Latest Rumors

Yet again, some so-called journalists have decided to make up a story. There is no truth to the recent “story” (and story is the correct term for this type of fiction) that the Palins are divorcing. The Palins remain married, committed to each other and their family, and have not purchased land in Montana (last week it was reported to be Long Island) (Stapleton, 2009, ¶1).

Less than one week ago, Governor Palin asked the media to “quit making things up.” We appreciate that the more professional journalists decided to question this story before repeating it (Stapleton, 2009, ¶1).

Commentary

Maybe Governor Palin should have used reverse psychology in her farewell address and told the mainstream media to lie and make up stories about her. This way, they would tell the truth. All sarcasm aside, you will be hard-pressed to find a better role model couple than Todd and Sarah Palin. The couple -- indeed the entire family -- works as a team.

Palin Vs. Obama

Dave Weinbaum, of Jewish World Review, wrote a great piece on how Palin and Obama are polar opposites. Having an individual who despises American, in our White House, is a scary reality we must make all realize.

Recently Sarah Palin was seen holding the book "Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto" by Mark R. Levin. Obama was pictured toting the tome, The Post-American World penned by Fareed Zakaria.

In a crossroads of American Politics, two paths have converged, one on the outside looking in and the other still in the Everest of power peaks. One is an eviscerated enigma to some and an outstanding leader and hero to others. The other is the President of the United States, whose popularity is vanishing before our eyes.

One volume expounds the wisdom of the founding fathers and the system they developed via the Constitution. It's what allowed America to shoot ahead of the rest of the stumbling fumblers of simmering or outright tyrannies.

The other prepares the reader (Obama) for a diminished third-rate USA which still is the most envied nation in the world. Barack's volume advocates our dependence on the whims of an anti-American UN. In fact, many of these countries openly threaten our demise and support terrorists who are actively seeking our mass murder. As our president tours the world apologizing for us, is he not preparing us for death of our country?

Time for America to taste the bitters of failures while those nations left behind by this hated democracy swing past, using the very same freedoms we once took pride in.

No fruit cup for us for the next 150 years. Common sense is the antithesis of liberalism

Palin resides in a frontier state with great separation from the lower 48. Alaska is a hardy place, yet it bestows a bounty of energy along with nature's wonders.

The press fills with spite and rising scorn every time Sarah utters a word, as if she's an unwelcome illegal Alien. She's had more ethics charges dropped than Barney Frank's boyfriend's brothel had customers. Charges against Palin of being ignorant, dumb, a quitter, a ninny etc., come from the right as well. The problem is they don't compare her to the lightweight we now call Mr. President.

  • Palin helps run a family-owned fishing business. Obama was a community organizer.
  • She has gone against ethics violators in her own party. He relishes in the support of ACORN.
  • She ran a city for two terms and a state as governor for two years. As a state senator and rookie US senator, all he's run is his mouth.
  • She is a chooser of life and demonstrates as much in her own family. He threatens to destroy life because he doesn't want his daughters to be" … punished with a baby." Nor does he want a late-term abortion doctor to be embarrassed and mother tormented because said doc botched an abortion and the baby — soon to be murdered — accidentally lived.
  • He backs a health system that doesn't cloak the euthanasia and suffering it'll cause senior citizens, while using taxpayer money to pay for aforementioned abortions. She favors reforms in the system thatcontinues the tradition of the best health care of any country in the world.
I can guarantee that if Sarah Palin was Steven Palin: father, mayor, governor, he wouldn't get a tenth of the personal attacks now launched against him and his daughters.

Move over Judge Sotomayor. One can only speculate how Palin would pick a Supreme Court Justice

It's rumored that at the conclusion of the WH beerfest with the Cambridge Three, if Professor Gates keeps his racist yap closed through tonight's wet T-shirt contest, Obama's agreed to pick him for his next Supreme Court Justice — if Minister Farrakhan or Reverend Wright are busy, that is.

Palin and the rest of us should wonder just how smart you have to be to pick racist Supreme Court Justices.

Seems Palin would and could do much better than Obama. At least in my book.
