News From The Campaign Trail: Grimm Stands Strong

In this mailing sent today, GOP candidate Michael Grimm delineates how he spoke out against the proposed "Ground Zero mosque" and filed an FEC complaint against his Democrat opponent Congressman McMahon for “using official resources of the House for campaign and political purposes” to create a “Jewish Money” list of Grimm’s supporters.

Grimm is running for New York’s 13th Congressional District, which covers Staten Island and part of Brooklyn. He is campaigning against Michael Allegretti for the GOP nomination in the September 14th primary. The nominee runs against Congressman McMahon. Governor Palin endorsed Grimm on July 28, 2010. US for Palin Publisher, Ron Devito is campaigning for Grimm walking door-to-door in the 60th Election District.

Michael Grimm Stands Strong

Grimm Blasts President Obama Over Ground Zero Mosque” while his Republican primary opponent and Congressman McMahon stay silent.

An Ethics Complaint was filed against Congressman McMahon for “using official resources of the House for campaign and political purposes” to create a “Jewish Money” list of Grimm’s supporters. The Staten Island Advance and TheHill.com both reported on the complaint.

Michael Grimm held another Tele-Townhall this past week in which he answered a wide range of questions from district residents. With over 3,000 people participating, the response was overwhelmingly positive. The people of Staten Island and Brooklyn deserve a representative who will listen to and engage in dialogue with constituents; Michael has already made a habit of creating such forums.

The Right Hook interviewed Michael Grimm on their popular internet radio program.
