Palin Takes on The Terminator

The gloves continue to be off in the war on climate change. Republican California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger who was in Copenhagen Tuesday night for the International Climate Change Summit is following in the footsteps of Al Gore by questioning recent comments made by former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

Palin has stated we can't primarily blame human activity for climate change, and she has written op-eds blasting the cap and trade policy promoted by the Obama administration. Palin even called on President Obama to boycott the Copenhagen conference because "the agenda-driven policies being pushed in Copenhagen won't change the weather, but they would change our economy for the worse."

"You have to ask: what was she trying to accomplish?" Schwarzenegger told the Financial Times. "Is she really interested in this subject or is she interested in her career and in winning the (Republican presidential) nomination? You have to take all these things with a grain of salt."

Schwarzenegger also made comments assumed to be directed toward Palin on ABC's "Good Morning America" Tuesday.

"I think there are people that just don't believe in fixing and working on the environment," he said. "They don't believe there is such a thing as global warming, they're still living in the Stone Age, which is OK, we need people like that, too," he said.

But Sarah Palin is taking on the Terminator. . .
