July 6, 2009 Synopsis of Governor Palin's Accomplishments

Governor Palin announced that she will be resigning her gubernatorial job on July 26, 2009. This is an accomplishment for her, because the job limits her ability to campaign effectively as a national figure. Governor Palin realized that she must free herself from the bonds of that position to more effectively answer her call to service.

Following the resignation, Governor Palin issued a letter to her constituents and started pursuing leftist bloggers who have been writing libelous and defamatory material against her.

One rumor involving a federal agency was debunked by both the agency in question and Governor Palin's lawyer.

FEMA approved additional aid for Alaska's Interior region flood victims. Governor Palin's meticulous and disciplined approach to the disaster ensured that resources were properly allocated to the affected areas.

Governor Palin signed legislation safeguarding student loans.

Governor Palin was profiled in Runner's World, where she discussed extensively how she runs marathons.

The Governor expressed her disapproval of the Waxman-Markey Bill otherwise known as "Cap and Trade."

While in Kosovo, Governor Palin gave and received honors. Honors given: she served food to her troops and met with volunteer English teachers and their students. Honors Received: Governor Palin was present with an Alaska State Flag that had flown in regular service over Camp Bondsteel. The flag was encased in a plaque honoring her as Commander-in-Chief of Alaska's National Guard.
