Sarah Palin: On the Tragic Shooting Today at Fort Hood

Following is Governor Palin's statement pertaining to the Ft. Hood shooting of November 5, 2009:

Todd and I would like to offer our condolences to the families of the victims of the tragic shooting today at Fort Hood. Our thoughts and prayers will be with them (Palin, 2009, ¶1).

Fact, NOT Fiction: A Post by Conservative Girl with a Voice

The revolution that is conservatism- that's what I believe is beginning to take place all across America. While many will try to dispute this and tell me that I'm just a young, inexperienced blogger, I know what I write is true. Now, let's get back to this whole idea of my being naïve just because I'm a young woman. I don't know how often I get this explanation. Usually, the conversation will start something like this: "While I commend you on having the drive, determination and passion for writing a blog, you're just a young woman, what can you possibly know about conservatism?" If I had a dollar for every conversation that goes like that, I'd probably be a millionaire by now. While I'm still learning on my conservative journey, I know who I am, and I know what values and beliefs I hold most dear. I'm not some young, wishy-washy blonde who just sits back and allows others to sway my opinion. I believe in freedom and liberty. I believe in the Constitution. I believe the key aspects of conservatism are fiscal responsibility and a strong national defense. I believe in the free market, importance of tax cuts and personal responsibility. I believe all life is precious and sacred. I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. All of these things work together to define who I am as a young conservative woman.

There is a myth out there about conservatives that I continually have to disprove. Many individuals have the idea that if you’re young, that automatically makes you a liberal. Well, I'm proof that this is simply not the case. It drives me mad to hear this argument from people. Sarah Palin is living, breathing proof that cool, hip women are conservative too. Sarah is proof that you can be a proud female conservative. I am a proud conservative, and I will forever be grateful to Sarah for dismissing this myth. During the 2008 campaign, I was amazed at the large amount of young, energetic conservatives from all across the country who love their country as much as I do. While it is true that many young people do identify themselves as liberal, the number of young people who identify themselves as conservatives is growing by the day.

There are many of us young conservatives out there, contrary to what people like Meghan McCain will try to tell you. I used to really respect Meghan McCain. As a fellow spunky blonde myself, I really looked up to her because I could relate to her in so many ways. During the campaign, I really admired the way Meghan carried herself and supported her father. I enjoyed reading her blog about life on the campaign trail. During the campaign, she supported Sarah and her family, and I really liked how she would continually come to Sarah's defense. As we all know, this all changed on the evening of November 4, 2008, after the Republican Party lost the election. Suddenly, Meghan McCain didn't look so cool and hip to me anymore. It is as if she became a different person. She no longer stuck up for Sarah and her family. She started to distance herself from the conservative wing of the Republican Party. While it is no secret that she was never a conservative, I still respected and admired her for what I thought were good intentions. I no longer look to Meghan as a Republican role model. Perhaps Meghan got too involved with the Rino wing of the GOP, or she got too involved with the establishment, but I will never understand how she could turn a complete 180 when it came to Sarah and her family. Doesn't she realize how much Sarah helped her father? Without Sarah, Meggie Mac and her dad may have continued to carry their own bags at the airport.

While Meghan was hip during the campaign, Sarah was hipper. While people enjoyed seeing the McCain family at the rallies throughout the country, they were really there to see Sarah and hers. I believe Meghan McCain is jealous of Sarah, plain and simple. She is not alone. In a new book that was written by two reporters embedded with the McCain campaign, it appears John McCain felt he was being overshadowed by Sarah too, which they claim is the reason why Sarah was not allowed to address the crowd election night. While I cannot confirm this, it makes pretty good sense to me.

As you are all well aware, the "big tent" talk has erupted yet again, and Rinos like Meghan McCain are voicing their support in favor of it. I'd hate to tell Miss McCain, but the whole "big tent" theory is why her father lost the election. While I am a conservative and disagree with John McCain on many issues, I still supported him after Rudy Giuliani pulled out of the race because I felt he was the best candidate of those who were still in the race. Those who continue to argue for the "big tent" seem to forget all about the election of 2008. They seem to forget that the conservative wing of the Republican Party was up in arms when it learned McCain was the last man standing. In choosing Sarah, the McCain camp picked an awesome individual with true conservative values.

Although many conservatives soon came back to the Republican Party's side, there were many who could not get over the fact that the party had such a moderate candidate. I want everyone to feel that they are welcome to join the Republican Party, but I want them to join knowing that the party will not change the values that made it the great party it once was. That is what is happening. The Republican Party has dramatically shifted away from its core values and principles, and until it returns to its core values and principles, it will remain out in the wilderness. I know it is impossible for everyone in a party to agree on every single issue, and people need to remember this, but when you start talking about adopting a "big tent" philosophy, the Republican Party will lose its identity. It is the Republican Party, not the Democratic Party. When you start appeasing to everyone's wants and desire, chaos WILL ensue.

I am so proud to be a young conservative, and I know I'm not alone. Along this amazing journey, I have met so many great individuals whom I have so much in common with. While I have gotten to know people of all ages and walks of life, it is the other young conservatives whom I most identify with. I love connecting with fellow young conservatives because I know it will be up to the younger generations to stand strong on their conservative principles. We are the candidates of the future. Sarah has brought all of us together.

While many of us have never personally met her, she is the reason we connected. I find many of those I meet are just like me. They were never politically active before the 2008 election, but the election personally effected and changed them for the better. Now, we find ourselves doing everything in our power to spread the message of conservatism. While we may be a smaller army than our liberal counterparts, we are growing in number by the day. I guarantee we will continue to grow big and strong as more young people realize President Obama will not keep his campaign promises. We will stand with open arms and welcome whomever wants to join our conservative army. We are united for a common cause, spreading the common sense message of conservatism, and we will not back down, and we will not grow weary and tired. We are in it for the long haul, for our country is worth fighting for.

Sarah Palin: Living In Barack Obama’s Head Rent Free

Tuesday night the plans of Barack Obama and the democrat/communist party took some severe blows in New Jersey and Virginia. A strong message was sent by the American people that we are not pleased with Obama’s perverted vision for America. That he and his democrat/communist party are on the wrong track.

So who is the focus of White House greaseball David Axelrod? Sarah Palin!

That’s right, this supposed insignificant, washed up "quitter." I mean that’s what the democrat/communists and their lap dogs in the media shout all day every day. For such an insignificant woman, Sarah sure does take up an incredible amount of the White House’s and the media’s air time on a daily basis!

Axelrod is proclaiming the White House is 2-0 against Sarah Palin after Tuesday’s elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and New York’s 23rd congressional district.

Now of course, they count the presidential loss by John McCain in this deal.

Looking back, the very second Sarah Palin stepped on the national stage Barack Obama and the democrat/communist party ceased to care about beating John McCain and went into full panic mode, followed by hyper attack mode, a mode that they are still in to this day!

The amount of gymnastics Obama and his team of Chicago street thugs and his Alaska Mafia have performed while trying to stop Sarah is nothing short of extraordinary. They have had their billionaire buddies fund schemes, they’ve coordinated with 3rd rate hate bloggers and so on. They’ve put the full force of the White House as well as their compliant media lackeys up against this supposedly insignificant, washed up moose hunter from Wasilla.

To borrow from Shakespeare, me thinks they doth protest too much!

Frankly, in politics, if your opponent is committing suicide you know the best thing to do is get out of their way and let them have at it. You certainly don’t break out in a cold sweat at the mere mention of her name!

If Sarah Palin was such a "disaster" these people would be promoting her, giving her soft ball interviews, and doing absolutely everything they could to make absolutely sure she was the GOP candidate in 2012.

Remember how John McCain was treated by a fawning media before he became the candidate, only to be attacked unmercifully by the same media once he had the nomination? Well, if Sarah was the "joke" they claim she is, that is the sort of treatment she would get.

You notice there is a distinct absence of attacks on Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee, the media anointed "front runners." You don’t have people running around with their hair on fire screaming they have to stop these two! There is no "stop Mitt Romney (or Mike Huckabee) at all costs" mentality among the democrat/communists!

They know they can easily beat them!

Let’s look at the White House’s so called "glorious victory" over this insignificant housewife.

In NY 23 the White House put forth a maximum effort. Barack Obama himself hosted a fund raiser for Bill Owens. At the last minute they parachuted in hundreds of seasoned Obama campaign operatives. The DNC spent a ton of money.

Joe Biden was sent in the day before the election.

OK, that’s probably a net loss and a gain for Sarah because he made the mistake of "acting stupidly" while attacking Sarah. Biden basically set him up for one of the ‘Cuda’s signature smack downs! How does that song go..."You don’t tug on Superman’s cape...you don’t spit in the wind....."

Comically, our Vice President spoke to a "huge" crowd of 250 people, 50 of which were media . For perspective, Sarah was in the same area this summer and drew over 20,000 locals.

Anyhow, back to NY-23.

Here’s what Doug Hoffman, and in the White House’s frantic mind, Sarah Palin faced. Doug Hoffman came into this special election unknown and poorly funded. His reasoning for the challenge was the fact that a backroom deal saw a candidate that was more radical than half of the democrat/communists in the NY Assembly being trotted out to run as a "Republican."

Obviously, being a lifelong Conservative Republican, that just didn’t compute with accountant Doug Hoffman. Made no sense. This woman wasn’t just a democrat lite "moderate" she was a full on radical democrat/communist "progressive," who it now appears was a plant, judging from her actions after she dropped out of the race.

Now seeing the situation, Conservative leaders nationwide took up Doug’s cause. Dick Armey and his Club For Growth were early supporters. Conservative icon Fred Thompson and his wife Jeri were strong supporters as well. In fact, Jeri was working incredibly hard behind the scenes doing whatever it took to get some support.

Then came Sarah’s endorsement. An unconditional, all in, full on support for Doug, from Facebook. On the strength of one posting on Facebook, hundreds of thousands of dollars started flooding into Hoffman’s campaign coffers in just one day. Doug went from a distant third to front runner status over night.

In the end, Doug was not able to overcome the damage done by DeDe Scozzafava, who was given some sort of deal by the White House (Rahm Emanuel himself spoke with her) to join the democrat/communist effort to stop Doug Hoffman.

In short, here’s how it went. You have Doug Hoffman, a mild mannered, camera shy, slightly nerdy, non politician accountant, turned American patriot, who went from unknown to within a couple of points of being a United States congressman.

The effort to defeat this man was enormous. You not only had the full force and effort of the White House, and Barack Obama coming to bear, you also had, up until the last days, the full force and efforts, as well as a reported $1 million from the Republican party to support the slug they picked, and attack Hoffman.

On top of that, you had this democrat/communist plant, "republican" poseur DeDe Scozzafava turning around, endorsing Bill Owens and campaigning for Bill Owens. Plus, a sycophantic national media totally in love with the President cheerleading all the way.

In the end, you have a great patriot, but inexperienced candidate who went from 18-20 percent in the polls to 46 percent in the real vote, based on the count as it now stands. (There are still absentee votes to count and several vote machines were impounded, which means there may have been some typical democrat/communist fraud)

The final "score" was Owens/Obama 49 and Hoffman/Palin 46. (I’m using the White House’s logic here)

Hmmm. To put this into perspective, since the White House wants this to be all about Sarah:

One the White Houses side, you had efforts by Obama, Biden, Emanuel, ACORN, Scozzafava, and the adoring media, plus highly experienced ground troops. Even better, in their efforts Obama and company were aided by a feckless Republican effort that saw an incredible amount of money thrown away, Newt Gingrich insulting the entire Conservative movement, and the GOP "machine" working to undermine Hoffman.

The extent of the "Hoffman/Palin effort" was a single post on Facebook from Sarah asking America to get behind the patriot from New York!

Yes, I know this is oversimplifying all of the hard work that followed on Doug’s behalf, but I’m using the White House’s logic here, so bear with me.

We have a maximum effort, a full court press by the White House, teamed up with a maximum effort, a full court press by the GOP, and they could only win this race by three points?

All of these big bad "political heavyweights" and they could only manage a nail biting squeaker against a hockey mom and her laptop posting on a social networking website from 4000 miles away!

Man, if these pathetic little people want to crow about that, I say let ‘em!

However, if we REALLY want to take their absurd premise further down the road, they look much, much worse. Using the White House’s own logic, that every race is a race against Sarah Palin, and no one else, let’s look at Virginia.

In Virginia Sarah was asked to record messages to voters for the get out the vote efforts. These "robocalls" were used to gin up support for all of the candidates. How did that turn out again?

Oh yeah, it was a blowout!

Not only did Republicans sweep all three top jobs, they did it big. All of them won with 15-20 plus point margins of victory!

Wanna keep score that way White House?

How about Sarah Palin 3 White House 1* (*with assist from the NRCC and the GOP)

Now we won’t even talk about the disastrous showing in New Jersey. Barack Obama all but moved to New Jersey in an effort to drag Jon Corzine across the finish line. Not only did the normal ACORN shenanigans take place, but it was found that elements of the DNC were actually funding efforts of the third party candidate Chris Daggett who was syphoning votes from the brand new Governor-elect, Chris Christie.

As Rush Limbaugh put it, Barack Obama losing in New Jersey is like Fidel Castro losing in Cuba!

No, Sarah didn’t put forth any efforts in New Jersey, but looking at her past efforts on the behalf of candidates, Christie might have won by a larger margin if she had!

The White House wants you to forget the very first Palin/Obama showdown of the hopenchange era. This battle took place before Obama even took office. I’m speaking, of course, about the Georgia runoff race for the U.S. Senate.

Georgia rules state someone must win by 50.1 percent of the vote, or there must be a runoff between the highest vote getters. This was a three man race, so incumbent Saxby Chamliss, the Republican, faced a challenge. Hopenchange fever was still in the air, and everyone was down there helping push for the democrat/communist candidate. On the Republican side, every name brand guy was there. All on both sides played to sparse crowds. It was a dead heat race according to the last poll taken going into the weekend before the vote.

Sarah Palin was dispatched to Georgia. She came in on a Sunday night and went to a fund raiser. The next day she held four rallies in support of Chambliss. The crowds were huge, and in the end, Saxby won a 16 point blowout! He loudly praised Sarah, talking her up to anyone who would listen!

Again, using White House logic, such that it is, that puts the score at Sarah Palin 4 White House 1*

Now I know the White House counts their win over McCain as a loss for Sarah, and yes, I guess it was, but oh man, McCain’s loss had nothing to do with the ‘Cuda. Every indication is she was worth 10-15 points in that contest to McCain. It was going to be a McCain loss of biblical proportions before Sarah joined the ticket. She drew incredible and enthusiastic crowds everywhere she went, where there were none before. She created an excitement that was nonexistent before.

It was an inept campaign, and a poor uninspiring top of the ticket that hurt McCain. The complete uselessness of those in the McCain campaign can never be overstated. But, again, using the White House’s own methodology, let’s give them a point.

Sarah Palin 4 White House 2*

Now, lets look at some facts, every single candidate that Sarah has been involved with since November 3, 2008 has seen incredible gains in their polling numbers. Every single candidate that Barack Obama has gotten involved with, except one, has seen massive losses.

Again, I’m using Obamalogic here, such that it is. Sarah campaigns for Chambliss and he gains 14-16 points. Sarah writes a Facebook post and Doug Hoffman gains anywhere from 24-28 percentage points, depending on which polling you look at.

That’s incredibly strong.

So far, an Obama endorsement is pretty much the kiss of death!

Let’s see, the guy takes his circus to Copenhagen to personally shill for his corrupt buddies in Chicago to help them get an Olympic date. Chicago was the first eliminated from consideration

Obama is all over Virginia, and loses huge, all three top jobs going to Republicans in a huge way. Obama all but takes up residence in Jon Corzine’s New Jersey guest room, and he loses the bluest state in the union!

Seems to me if you want at least a chance at winning an election, it’s Sarah Palin, not Barack Obama who you want on your side!

All of this incredibly silly gymnastics from the White House to somehow spin an epic loss on Tuesday into a win against Sarah Palin just shows you that she is living in their heads rent free!

Sarah has unpacked her bags, propped her feet up on their collective couch and is having a great time just toying with them. It’s breathtaking to watch!

Limbaugh: The Dems Really Fear Sarah Palin

Rush Limbaugh had this to say on his November 3, 2009 radio show (emphasis added):

RUSH: It is conservatives who are the largest identified group in the latest Gallup poll, Mr. Plouffe. You can throw your party politics out of here. It's conservatives at 40, you guys at 20, and the moderate independents or whatever they are at 36%. You guys are at the bottom of that totem pole. But you see there's two things about this. They will tell us who they fear. Our Democrat buddies will tell us who they really fear and I'll tell you right now who they fear is Sarah Palin. They have done everything in their power to destroy her, and they haven't. If they really, really believe that Sarah Palin was the death knell of the Republican Party, they'd be shutting up. They would be encouraging her, some other way to go out and get seen, be seen as much as possible. And this business about centrists and moderates are abandoning the party, do you really think David Plouffe gives a rat's rear end about the health of the Republican Party? Do you think Obama and Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel and David Plouffe sit around and say, "Boy, you know, we really hate to see the Republican Party destroying itself. I mean, can you believe the Republicans are driving moderates and independents out of the party? I mean we gotta help 'em out here. We gotta figure out a way for them to hold onto those moderates and independents."

If the moderates and independents are being driven out of the Republican Party, I ask, where are they going? They're going to the Democrat Party, you would presume, and that should make them happy. This is why you gotta be very careful in accepting the premises of these people. They wish we didn't exist as a party, and they are trying to wipe us out politically. They're not worried that we're losing moderates and independents. They're worried that conservatism is on an ascendancy, they are scared to death of it, and they are really scared of Sarah Palin. They will tell us who they fear the most by trying to destroy them. I find this laughable. David Plouffe, all concerned, (imitating Plouffe) "Oh, driving moderates and independents out of the party, oh, it's horrible, look what's happening to the Republican Party. Oh, we care about the Republican Party so much. We really wish they weren't driving all these moderates and centrists out of the party 'cause we wish to have a viable opponent." What? These people think we're idiots? They do. They obviously do think that we are idiots.

If Any Republican Wins, Then They've Attracted Independents! http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_110309/content/01125109.guest.html

Eddie Burke Interviews Me: Being a Black Conservative & Glenn Beck Appearance

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

Glenn Beck had a great show planned for this Friday, and I was going to be on it. This was to be town-hall style, featuring an audience of Black conservatives. Beck has been calling this show one that will not soon be forgotten.

Unfortunately, Glenn has unexpectedly had to have appendix surgery, so the show is now scheduled to be taped next Thursday and will most likely be aired on Friday, November 13th.

In anticipation of the upcoming show, last night I was a guest on the Eddie Burke Radio Show. Eddie, Alaska's Best, interviewed me about the Glenn Beck television show, being a Black conservative, and Governor Palin's involvement in the NY-23rd Congressional District race.

As this will be Beck's focus, Eddie and I spoke quite a bit about the issue of race. As most people know, being Black usually means being a Democrat. Not subscribing to that worldview opens one up to being called a "sell-out," "Aunt Jemima," or "Uncle Tom." These insults most often come from other Black Americans who don't understand people choosing to "get off the plantation," as I often say. This interview with Eddie Burke addresses that, how the liberal agenda is counterproductive to the Black community, how it is the antithesis of the values so many of us espouse, and even how my support of Sarah Palin figures into the debate.

When Eddie asked how I am able to stand by my beliefs when there is such pressure--and sometimes resentment--placed on Black conservatives, my answer was simple: "It's just called the courage of your convictions."

Eddie asked some great questions during this interview, which led to an insightful conversation. Be sure to listen to both parts 1 and 2--and be sure to tune into Glenn Beck next week.

Conservative Revolution Brewing: A Post by Conservative Girl with a Voice

It happened right after the presidential election last year; now, it's happening once again. Some liberal democrats and so-called "big tent" rinos are placing the blame on Sarah Palin for Hoffman's loss last night in the NY 23 race. Fellow readers, I knew and you knew that this would happen. There's always a fall guy, and in this case, a fall woman. In blaming Sarah for Hoffman's loss, we once again see just how wrong and ill placed these individuals are. There is a very good reason for why they blame Sarah, and I have a feeling you know what it is. What other reason would there be for placing the blame on her other than the fact that they fear her and the power she possesses. Sarah is a threat to everything the left hopes to accomplish. Not only is she not afraid to speak, but whenever she does, people take notice, which explains why so many hang, then attack her on her every word.

The NY 23 race is proof yet again of Sarah's power as a conservative Republican. While the media, leftists and moderate Republicans will place some of the blame on her, there is no doubt that without Sarah's endorsement of Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman, he would not have come close to winning yesterday. Take this Daily Kos Poll, which was taken before Sarah endorsed Hoffman. Before Sarah endorsed him, he had 27% of people supporting him. Last night, after the election results were tallied, Hoffman got 45% of the vote. You do the math, and you will see that her endorsing him helped him gain an additional 18% of the vote. In the end, Hoffman came within about four percentage points of beating the Democrat and the Republican. Although Dede Scozzafava dropped out of the race this past Saturday, she still had about six percent of the vote. That's not all. Scozzafava ended up going against her party when she endorsed the Democrat, Bill Owens. So, you see, the power of conservatism did win out yesterday. The power of conservatism was seen yesterday. The power of conservatism echoed throughout the country yesterday as 46 percent of upstate NY residents sent a message loud and clear that they are fed up with both the Republican and Democratic Parties. As a conservative, I am so proud of all those who chose values and integrity over party.

About a month ago, Hoffman was a little-known candidate from a third party. I have to admit that I knew very little about this race and the candidates in it. This all changed when Fred Thompson and, then, Sarah Palin took the brave step forward and endorsed him. Just before her endorsement, I had begun to study this race after reading some articles over at the Palin Twibe and the Sarah Palin Internet Web Brigade. I wanted to write about Hoffman and my support for his candidacy. Right before I endorsed him on my blog, Sarah endorsed him too. I had high hopes that she would endorse him, and when she did, she illustrated everything I knew to be true about her. She demonstrated yet again just how much of the real deal she is. She IS one of us. It IS because of her that Hoffman rose from the ashes and began to get national attention. It IS because of her that thousands from all over the country lent their money and time to his grassroots campaign. It IS because of her that members of this rapidly growing conservative movement know that our message is being heard and resonating across this great land. Just as she helped John McCain a year ago, she helped Doug Hoffman last night. Don't let the liberal left and moderate Republicans tell you differently, for they want you to shut up and sit down. Sarah released a statement last night following the NY 23 election in which she wrote:

A Victory for Common Sense and Fiscal Sanity:

Congratulations to the new Governors-Elect of Virginia and New Jersey! I'd also like to offer a special word of support to the new Lieutenant Governor-Elect of New Jersey, Kim Guadagno, the first woman to hold that office.

Of course, the real victors in this election are the ordinary men and women who voted for positive change and a return to fiscal sanity. Your voices have been heard.

The race for New York's 23rd District is not over, just postponed until 2010. The issues of this election have always centered on the economy - on the need for fiscal restraint, smaller government, and policies that encourage jobs. In 2010, these issues will be even more crucial to the electorate. I commend Doug Hoffman and all the other under-dog candidates who have the courage to put themselves out there and run against the odds.

To the tireless grassroots patriots who worked so hard in that race and to future citizen-candidates like Doug, please remember Reagan's words of encouragement after his defeat in 1976:

"The cause goes on. Don't get cynical because look at yourselves and what you were willing to do, and recognize that there are millions and millions of Americans out there that want what you want, that want it to be that way, that want it to be a shining city on a hill."

The cause goes on.
- Sarah Palin

Sarah writes what so many of us feel about the hopes and dreams we have for America. Just as Ronald Reagan before her, she is able to make us realize that we will conquer, and we will win in the end. Look at how far we have come over this past year! Last year on election night, I had tears in my eyes as I realized that America had perhaps just let go of an individual who could have gone on to become one of the the greatest vice presidents of all time. I was heart broken as I thought of how hard of a battle the election was. I knew America was going to change dramatically over the course of the next year, and this is exactly what has happened. Our country has changed and not for the better.

Looking back at how I felt a year ago, I may have been heartbroken and felt defeated, but I am able to say that a year later, I feel so blessed to be a proud member of a movement that is rapidly growing by the day. The conservative movement is on fire, and this is a fire that is not going to be out by even the most powerful of fire extinguishers. Sarah gives me hope and optimism that America will once again be the beacon of light and that beautiful, shining city on a hill. She has done so much for our country. Sarah's tireless service and dedication are two things that no liberal can ever take away from her.

While she continues to fight the good fight, I will continue to fight the good fight, and you all need to continue the good fight as well. Together, we stand strong, and together we can knock down any barrier that stands in our way. Keep up the good fight. I encourage you to continue to attend tea parties and keep the pressure on. I encourage you to start a blog. Think of it as a daily journal that you are sharing with you fellow man and woman. Writing this blog has opened so many doors, but most importantly, it has allowed me to spread the common sense message of conservatism and allowed me to meet so many amazing like-minded people. So, fellow readers, let us continue down this road together united for a common goal and purpose, for in the end, we WILL win the battle and conquer the war.

Clifton Bazar

Clifton Bazar is the editor and publisher of Another Black Conservative.

Mr. Bazar is a black conservative from a black conservative family. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and finally settled in New Jersey. Throughout his life he knew he did not share many of the common beliefs of other American blacks. For starters, he never took to the term "African-American." He has meet too many real Africans who are now Americans, to ever with a straight face say we share something in common other than skin tones. Their history and culture is truly a unique and is a completely different experience from his own. His culture is distinctly American, from the way he speaks, thinks, dresses and acts and you know what else? He loves it! So for him, he will always be an American who just happens to be black. He puts himself and his beliefs out here in cyberspace, to show his fellow blacks that there is something more. That one need not accept the false promise of the next social program, the belief in government as savior or the next Democratic candidate will right all wrongs. That true Hope and Change comes from belief in yourself, in a nation that allows dynamic movement if you are bold enough, smart enough and brave enough to make it happen.
