Multiple Sources Debunk Politico's Palin Hit Piece

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

There's something to be said for learning from the mistakes of others. Yet when it comes to Governor Palin, people can't seem to do that. After Michael Joseph Gross's Vanity Fair article that brought shame on him when, one after another, real sources debunked his anonymous sources, Jonathan Martin of Politico puts himself in the same boat with his hit piece.

His article, "Sarah Palin is wreaking havoc on the campaign trail, GOP sources say" makes all types of claims about the Governor, accusing her of being difficult to work with, unaccommodating, and totally unorganized--rude and incompetent basically. He cites "sources" to substantiate his claims. His hit piece has come crashing down on his head, and a retraction and apology are in order. Many are calling for just that.

He claims, for example, that she has rudely backed out of interviews with Mark Levin and Glenn Beck. Lies! In fact, Beck calls it an "out and out lie." Outraged, here's what he said about this "trash":

Mark Levin calls the piece "a flat out lie" and says "Sarah Palin never backed out of any interview with me." Listen:

Governor Palin responded this way:
Johnny, Johnny, Johnny...ya just made big mistake lying about Levin, Beck, Rush...U can lie about me, but taking on the Big Guns? Not smart

The hit piece also states that Governor Palin snubbed the Grassley and King campaigns in Iowa. Lies! My fellow blogger and truth seeker, Shane Vander Hart, contacted them himself. This is what Shane wrote (emphasis added):

Eric Woolson, spokesperson for Senator Chuck Grassley’s campaign, for the record said, that the anonymous source “does not represent the Senator’s views.” So evidently Senator Grassley was not displeased with any interaction they had with the Palin camp.

[...]

I have yet to contact the Iowa GOP and will follow-up, but I did talk with Jeff King with Congressman King’s campaign he said that they “didn’t have any inkling that we’d get her for a rally. We would love to have her though.” He said they did not expect that it would work out. He said nobody from their campaign talked with Martin and they certainly don’t have any complaints about Palin.

Click here to read Shane Vander Hart's full article, which Governor Palin retweeted yesterday.

Not only is Jonathan Martin's no-name sources lying, even the named sources debunk his claims.

Various other sources, including Big Journalism, also demand a retraction or blast this piece of crap that Politico calls journalism. C4P even received the following from Charlie Davis, CEO of the Southern Republican Leadership Conference (SRLC). It's an email they sent to Martin himself:

Hey Jonathan,

Hope you're doing well. Just read your article on Palin and wanted to add my two cents. (this wasn't requested by anybody and feel free to quote me if you'd like)

As you know the 2010 SRLC was the largest Republican Leadership Conference in 30 years, with more speakers, more press and more attendees than ever before. Governor Palin's staff was incredibly easy to deal with and very professional.

I interacted with every major GOP personality in the country leading up to the conference and can tell you first hand that the only thing different about Governor Palin was the intensity of the interest from the attendees, sponsors and even other speakers.

She's easily the most requested surrogate our party has and it's a shame that Republicans would rather gripe that they can't get more of her time instead of being appreciative of everything that she does do.

Charlie Davis
President and CEO
2010 Southern Republican Leadership Conference

Today, Governor Palin discussed the issue with Glenn Beck on his radio show. Her modus operandi is to call it as she sees it, so she called Martin a "punk."

Retrieved from C4P, who retrieved it from The Right Scoop, here you go:

This post is just a buffet of information gathered from my colleagues who care about truth and honesty, who are committed to holding people accountable for what they say and do. The behavior of some who fancy themselves professionals is deplorable. More than that, it's just plain stupid. These people simply never learn their lesson, nor do they learn from those who have tried the same tactics and failed--over and over again. Palin Derangement Syndrome, with its accompanying fear and desperation, have disabled all their reasoning capabilities.

Those of you who are not yet convinced that there is an all-out determination to destroy Governor Palin, no matter what, please open your eyes. If you really care about truth, embrace it, and work to expose and destroy its enemies everywhere they surface. Governor Palin would be the first to tell you that the words she speaks and the actions she exemplifies should be evaluated as others' are. However, the lies, the slander, and the attacks on her character are beyond the pale. What her character assassins are not willing to accept, however, is that none of it will cause her to wander off message, cower in fear, or retreat. It only fires her up even more--and fires up those of us who stand in her corner.

Onward and upward...

SarahPAC's 2nd Quarter End - Will You Assist Gov. Palin's Efforts?

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

June 30th marks the end of the second quarter for SarahPAC, Governor Palin's political action committee. That's tomorrow. It is important that as many as are able contribute to the work that the committee is doing. Governor Palin donates generously to campaigns and assists candidates who have a heart to serve with common sense. So your money is definitely seed being sown into good ground and will yield a harvest. Please click here to go to the official SarahPAC website and contribute whatever you can. Your efforts are more important now than ever. Let's help take our country back.

A couple weeks ago, C4P's Doug Brady detailed the importance of your help in this second quarter. He wrote:

The end of the second quarter is rapidly approaching and now, more than ever, it’s important for us ordinary barbarians to have a voice in the future direction of the country. America is rapidly approaching the point of no return and the political establishment in Washington remains concerned only with maintaining their own fiefdoms of power. If things don’t change, and soon, our children and grandchildren will not live in the same America we grew up in (see Greece).

Obama has America speeding down the road to socialism and bankruptcy. We can’t afford to nominate another plastic, flip-flopping politician with his finger to the wind who will, at best, manage the adventure more efficiently. We’re too far down this road already and the country is too broke to be stupid any longer. And make no mistake, if the Republicans nominate Mitt Romney or someone of his ilk, we will continue down Obama’s path. To be sure, we may travel a bit more slowly, but the ultimate destination will be the same. We need someone who will not only bring this trip to a screeching halt, but turn the nation around and head back in the direction our founders envisioned.

Reversing course will not be easy. We need a leader who is not beholden to the special interests which infest Washington, and this includes the party establishment. Witness Governor Palin’s experience in dealing with her own party in Alaska and, more recently, Nikki Haley’s experience with the Republican establishment in South Carolina. In both cases, the political establishment fought tooth and nail against the agents of change when they perceived their comfortable hold on power was threatened, even if the threat emanated from within their own party. With the establishment, on both sides of the aisle, it’s not about ideas and the well-being of the country, but rather the perpetuation of their own hold on power. We don't have to settle for this. Indeed we can no longer afford to.

Defeating the political establishment in Washington will be even tougher than it was in Alaska. What they lack in support from ordinary Americans is more than made up with money. And let’s be clear, the establishment is awash in money and will spare no expense to ensure one of their own gets the nomination in 2012. A true reformer like Governor Palin has the grassroots and passion, but she must be able to broadcast her message effectively. This takes money. The establishment-anointed candidate owns an army of political pundits who are constantly dispatched to the media to marginalize Governor Palin and tout the inevitability of their candidate. This cannot go unanswered.

Governor Palin demonstrated her grassroots power and influence on Super Tuesday and the media was forced to take notice. This demonstration of strength forced the establishment candidate out from the shadows, but opportunities such as this don’t occur very often. When they do, we must seize them. Strong second quarter fundraising totals by SarahPAC immediately on the heels of her impressive showing on Super Tuesday would reinforce the impression that Governor Palin is a political powerhouse, both in the media and, by extension, the general population.

[...]

There is only two weeks left until the deadline and strong second quarter results for SarahPAC are crucial to maintaining the momentum generated by Governor Palin's stunning Super Tuesday successes.

Read Doug's full post here.

That was two weeks ago, and the end of that second quarter is a day away now.

The nation has taken notice of how well those endorsed by Governor Palin have done--people who believe in the Constitution, the family, the greatness of America, people who want to see our elected officials act prudently with taxpayers' money, and people who have offered themselves up not to be served, but to serve. SarahPAC enables the Governor to continue to aid in this important and urgent mandate. Please help in any way you can. Please do so today.

CBS' Scott Conroy Interviews Me & Other Palin Supporters

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

Scott Conroy, journalist for CBS and co-author of Sarah from Alaska, interviewed me and several Palin supporters and published his story today on CBSNews.com. His story relied mainly on interviews conducted with members of 1) Hillbuzz, the ardent Hillary Clinton and now Palin supporters and 2) Conservatives4Palin, for which I also write.

Given the fact that it's CBS, one should take note of how fair the overall piece is. It details the Governor's appeal to a diverse population of Americans and captures the ability she possesses to inspire them to action.

From the C4P family, he interviewed Nicole Coulter, Sapwolf, site co-founder Rebecca Mansour, who now works for Governor Palin, and yours truly.

The article is quite long, so I will give you an overview. I encourage you to click here to read Conroy's full piece.

Most importantly, there may be no other politician who retains the level of devotion that Palin enjoys among millions of Americans. They may be in the minority, but they are certainly not lacking in zeal.

"We would literally walk across hot broken glass for this woman," says Nicole Coulter (at left), a frequent contributor to the most prominent pro-Palin web site, Conservatives4Palin.com, which serves as an up-to-the-second source of news and analysis of all things Palin. "She represents something very powerful. It's deeper than politics. It's much, much deeper than politics. It's cultural. It's just this zeitgeist of raw emotion, kind of what our country is all about."

Of course, other national politicians attract passionate support, but with Palin's biggest fans, the devotion to the former Alaska governor resides on a deeply personal level that seems unique in American life.

"She's our family, and you protect your family; it's like the mafia," Coulter says. "She's just one of us, and when they insult her, they're insulting millions of us."

[...]

Thirty-nine-year-old seventh grade English teacher Adrienne Ross (at left) started her pro-Palin web site, MotivationTruth, soon after Election Day in 2008. In July of 2009, Ross left her home in Hudson, New York, for a month-long trip to Alaska. It was a Palin pilgrimage of sorts that doubled as a sightseeing trip.

"I was really drawn to go," says Ross, who is also a member of the Federal Election Commission-registered 2012 Draft Sarah Committee. "This might seem kind of strange, but I just felt to go. I felt like I was supposed to go."

Ross marched in the Fourth of July parade in Wasilla with Palin's parents and daughter Piper and was there at the picnic in Fairbanks when Palin handed over the state's reigns of power to incoming Gov. Sean Parnell.

[...]

"She is a big part of my life," Ross says. "I spend a lot of my time on Palin-centered things."

Ross and other prominent members of what might best be described as the "Sarah Palin community" reject the notion that they are blind followers in a political cult of personality. They are clearly sensitive to being painted with a label that they instead attribute to President Obama's biggest fans.

"I'm sure she's had some impact on it, but I wouldn't go as far to say she's changed my life, and I'm suddenly hearing music and the light from above is shining on me," says Josh Painter, who manages a Palin blog roll and edits Texas4Palin from his hometown of Bryan, Texas. "That's Barack Obama territory-he's 'The One.' Sarah Palin is just a woman we relate to."

Of all the pro-Palin blogs, Conservatives4Palin consistently has the biggest impact and reach. Its influence is evident in that it is the only online destination specifically devoted to supporting a potential 2012 candidate to make a recent list of the 100 most popular conservative web sites.

Most of Conservatives4Palin's contributors are not shy about their desire to see Palin run for president in 2012.

Palin herself long ago took notice of the site, giving it one of her patented shout-outs in her best selling book. She even scooped up two of its founding contributors last year and hired them to paid positions on her political staff.

"She's always said the best ideas don't come out of Washington, DC, and so there's no reason why she wouldn't follow that belief in choosing her staff," says Rebecca Mansour, one of the former Conservatives4Palin bloggers turned current Palin staffer.

[...]

Thomas Chanteloup, a 45-year-old consultant for a software company consultant who blogs under the moniker "Sapwolf" on Conservatives4Palin, vows that he will quit his job to take up temporary residence in Iowa next year on Palin's behalf.

"When she's criticized, it's like that person is showing unfair criticism or vitriol against my mother or daughter," says Chanteloup, who says he has seen Palin speak in person about a dozen times and has shook her hand on about six occasions. "I take it personally."

It certainly is true that Governor Palin's army is far-reaching, unapologetic, and relentless. With innumerable lies and attacks on her and the Palin family, her "loyal online defenders," as Scott Conroy coins us, are committed to being voices of truth and pillars of support upon which she can lean. And should she take the plunge into running for the presidency in 2012, she will certainly not be lacking people who will go to proverbial hell and back on her behalf.

Governor Sarah Palin's Foreword to the 2010 US Tort Liability Index

Conservatives 4 Palin note that Governor Sarah Palin has penned the foreword for the 2010 Report of the U.S. Tort Liability Index. Where does your state rank?

My home state of Alaska offers incredible beauty, amazing wildlife, abundant natural resources, friendly people, and no individual income tax. Alaska also has the best tort climate in the United States according to the U.S. Tort Liability Index: 2010 Report from the Pacific Research Institute (PRI).

In this top-notch report, PRI scholars analyze the costs and risks of each state’s tort system and conclude that Alaska is best overall. The report, now in its third edition, has been influential because the rankings are based on hard data, not opinions or speculation. The data don’t lie and Alaska is number one for good reasons.

Alaska has the second-lowest monetary tort payouts of any state, controlling for the size of each state’s economy. Our tort costs are particularly low for businesses—another reason for entrepreneurs to locate here. We also have some of the lowest medical liability costs in the country. We appreciate doctors in Alaska and welcome them with open arms, not abusive lawsuits.

Alaska also boasts the lowest relative tort litigation risks of any state. The state may abound in moose but it doesn’t have any “judicial hellholes” skewed to personal injury lawyers. The state also doesn’t have huge outlier jury awards. Its tort caseload is third-lowest in the country and it’s not flooded with lawyers. We practice the rule of law, not the rule of lawyers as in other states.

Alaska’s great tort climate is good for business and for all my fellow Alaskans. As the U.S. Tort Liability Index demonstrates, states with sound civil-justice systems and fair tort rules enjoy lower insurance premiums, increased employment and output, and higher individual incomes. A sound civil-justice system also expands the tax base, yields greater innovation, and lowers health care costs while improving access to health care.

Given these sweeping benefits, all states would do well to follow Alaska’s example and enact legal reforms that eliminate lawsuit abuse. The state motto, after all, is “North to the Future.”

Has President Obama Seen Governor Palin's Light--or Does He Want to Snuff it Out?

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

As the entire nation knows, Governor Palin has been a voice for energy independence for years. She has worked relentlessly to see a natural gas pipeline built that would flow resources from Alaska to the Lower 48.

After all of the governor's hard work and unprecedented success in moving forward in this effort that would not only provide jobs and boost the economy, but would aid in national security--freeing America to rely on the resources God has given us, rather than foreign regimes that don't like us--it seems President Obama has suddenly become interested in energy.

The president wants to take this effort to tap into Alaska's resources to the next level, making it a White House executive office matter.

According to Juneau Empire, Mark Begich, the Democrat senator from Alaska, has "nominated legislative aide Larry Persily for the Obama appointment as federal coordinator. Persily has support from Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, as well."

This begs the question: Has President Obama suddenly seen the light--or is he trying to snuff it out?

Writing for US4Palin, Gary reports:

At first glance, this looks good, right? Obama is finally realizing we need to develop our own resources, after loaning his buddy George Soros’ Brazilian oil company, Petrobas, ten billion dollars to drill offshore in Brazil. And maybe Obama is trying to steal Sarah Palin’s thunder here.

Unfortunately, I believe you’d be wrong, and I believe my colleague is, as well. I don’t think Obama is trying to steal credit for this deal, I think he is trying to kill it.

Frankly, when has Obama done anything to support energy development in America? On the contrary, Obama and his minions have openly worked to thwart any and all domestic development of natural resources.

So what’s the deal?

First of all, let’s face it, that’s how these Chicago thugs work, period. We see it every single day. They strong arm and attack their own people if the don’t tow the line. Ask New York Governor David Patterson how Obama’s gangster tactics work.

Let’s take a quick look at Larry Persily himself. Persily is a self described “blue-collar Chicago democrat.”

Please click here to read more of Gary's article and learn more about Persily and his connections.

Do you smell something fishy?

Gary is not the only one who has taken note of this interesting interest the President of the United States has suddenly developed. Conservatives4Palin has also covered the story.

Mel Bryant writes:

Almost one year ago, C4P predicted that the president would eventually attempt to take over, and take credit for, Governor Palin's work to get Alaska a natural gas pipeline.

[...]

After spending months attacking Palin and obstructing her legislative agenda, Persily got called up to the big leagues. Just like Kim Elton. Funny how that worked out.

Now the president's looking to increase the power of Persily's position.

[...]

It's not a surprise that Obama might want to take credit for Palin's gas pipeline. After all, as Palin has pointed out over and over, America needs a source of clean, reliable energy that comes from domestic sources, thereby increasing our national security. But AGIA needs the free market to work. Much as he may wish to claim credit, Alaska's gasline should not become an Obama public works project.

Bryant breaks down Persily's associations as well, also leaving one to ponder what is really going on? Read that article in its entirety here.

Smell anything yet? Apparently Denmark is not the only place where rotten things reek.

God Don't Like Ugly; Calling Out Craig Medred

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

There's an old expression that goes like this: "God don't like ugly." I could not count the times I heard that growing up. It was used as a rebuke by the adults in my life whenever I did something they deemed inappropriate. As I got older, and made wiser choices, the need to be reminded of this "truth" diminished. However, not everyone grows up and makes wiser choices.

Exhibit A: Alaska reporter, Craig Medred

Medred's fascination with discrediting the Palin family is...well, ugly. What's it this time? Well, this time he fancies himself a Going Rogue fact-checker, and in that he's in bad company already. However, Medred clearly isn't capable of checking anything because he can't get his facts straight. For this, he gets called out.

Mel Bryant, my colleague over at Conservatives4Palin, points this out in an article called "Truth in Reporting." Bryant exposes, not only Medred's ridiculous preoccupation with "checking on" Governor Palin, but also his gross inability to do so with any success.

Bryant writes:

Now, Jeff Smith, author of Alias Soapy Smith: The Life and Death of a Scoundrel, is a bit annoyed with Medred. You may recall that Governor Palin mentioned a man named "Soapy" Smith in her book as part of a larger passage about the history of Alaska and some of its characters. The paragraph in Going Rogue that mentions "Soapy" says:

After his adventures in Tombstone, the legendary lawman Wyatt Earp came north and spent a few years in Nome during the gold rush. On the other side of the law was "Soapy" Smith, a Wild West crime boss whose tight-knit gang moved from Colorado to Skagway. They made a mint cheating gold miners out of their cash. It finally caught up with Soapy Smith: he was killed in a shoot-out with a vigilante gang.

As part of a larger piece at Alaska Dispatch, Medred fact checked this paragraph. In this check, Medred said that the historical record states that "Soapy" was not killed in a shoot-out with a gang, but was instead killed in a scuffle that turned into a gunfight with a man named Frank Reid. Reid, he said, shot "Soapy". Among others, he cited a passage from Jeff Smith's book to bolster this version of events. According to Smith, however, Medred was off base.

Smith said (addressing Medred):

My name is Jeff Smith, author of Alias Soapy Smith: The life and Death of a Scoundrel and the website Alias Soapy Smith. It is important to me that people know that you took the facts from my book and my website completely out of context and horribly and incorrectly stated my conclusions about the Shootout on Juneau Wharf in which my great-grandfather, Jefferson Randolph "Soapy" Smith was killed. I can only surmise that you either did not read the book and/or website or that you intentionally left out major important portions of one or both in order to show that Sarah Palin was incorrect in her statements on page 13 regarding Soapy Smith's fight with vigilantes.

Had you read the book and/or my website you would have clearly noted in my book (pages 532-580) and on my website (HERE) that Frank Reid was NOT the man who killed my great grandfather, and that in fact, another member of the vigilante guards present joined in the fight and wrestled Soapy's rifle away from him and turned it on an unarmed Soapy and shot him in the chest killing him instantly. Whether you agreed or disagreed with Soapy's ways is irrelevant to the fact that Soapy was shot while wounded and unarmed, which in most civilized communities is murder. The vigilantes hid this fact from the courts in order to save their own new found power.

Smith attempted to get a correction from Medred who eventually rewrote the article, removing the citation for Smith's book. Medred also issued a clarification citing Catherine Holder Spudes. Smith isn't particularly impressed with Medred's clarification:

Mr. Medred's "clarification" is filled with errors but truth in history is not his goal. Disproving Sarah Palin's book is his goal.

#1 USA Today; Going Rogue Continues to Break Records

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

Going Rogue, Governor Sarah Palin's memoir, continues to break records. It is #1 on the USA Today Best-Seller List for the 4th straight week.

According to my colleagues at Conservatives4Palin, this accomplishment means:

She officially breaks the previous record that Colin Powell set of three-straight weeks at the top of the USA-Today Best-Seller list among all books.

This makes the Governor the first politician to hold that #1 spot for 4 consecutive weeks.

Read C4P's account here, and see USA Today's entire list here.

Sarah Palin: Really? Still Making Things Up?

By Shane Vander Hart, Caffeinated Thoughts

Governor Sarah Palin was up extremely early this morning posting on Facebook:

The book tour starts this week, and I look forward to it! I'm most looking forward to meeting many of you, shaking your hands, and telling you,"Thanks for loving America." I'll give you a scoop here and tell you what's on the book's Dedication Page – it's dedicated to you – Patriots – who love the U.S.A. as much as I do.

Amazingly, but not surprisingly, the AP somehow nabbed a copy of the book before it was released. They're now erroneously reporting on the book's contents and are repeating many of the same things they spewed during the campaign and afterwards. We've heard 11 writers are engaged in this opposition research, er, "fact checking" research! Imagine that – 11 AP reporters dedicating time and resources to tearing up the book, instead of using the time and resources to "fact check" what's going on with Sheik Mohammed's trial, Pelosi's health care takeover costs, Hassan's associations, etc. Amazing.

We'll keep setting the record straight, and we'll keep reminding some in the media that Americans are very tired of their non-objective reporting. A great, recent post that accomplishes this is a Conservatives4Palin post. It's got some nice fact checking included. As always, they did a great job holding some of the media accountable for spreading more misinformation and for making things up. You can read it here. Enjoy!

And I can't wait to see you! God bless the fight for freedom! Keep up the great work, Patriots who love this country.

- Sarah Palin

Kudos to Conservatives4Palin.com for the shout out by the Cuda!

Sarah Palin Causes Swine Flu Outbreak, But We Have the Cure

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

As Sarah Palin's book, Going Rogue: An American Life, is set to be released on Tuesday, all the king's horses are in a tizzy. Or maybe they're the king's pigs. So fearful of the governor telling her own story and revealing the truth of who she is and what went on during the 2008 campaign, they have amped up their own attack campaign against her. After all, the only way to get rid of a threat is to eliminate it, right?

Let's take a look at a few of these desperate, pitiful attempts to eliminate Sarah Palin.

* The AP illegally obtains a copy of the book and then lies about its contents.

Sarah Palin smacks them down on Facebook.

As you probably have heard, the AP snagged a copy of my memoir, Going Rogue, before its Tuesday release. And as is expected, the AP and a number of subsequent media outlets are erroneously reporting the contents of the book. Keep your powder dry, read the book, and enjoy it! Lots of great stories about my family, Alaska, and the incredible honor it was to run alongside Senator John McCain.

We can't wait to hit the road and meet so many on the book tour! See you in Michigan first...

- Sarah Palin

* Ann Althouse calls Sarah Palin dumb. C4P colleague, K. Carpenter, calls out Althouse on her own glaring stupidity.

Ms. Althouse, if you wanted to call Governor Palin stupid, perhaps you should have chosen to maybe, umm... not look like such a blithering idiot yourself.

[...]

Of course, all of this comes from Ms. Althouse reading two pages of a 400+ page book. It's always a great idea to write about opinions that you formed by reading less than 0.5% of what you're discussing, isn't it?

Since it's clear that Ms. Althouse doesn't know what she's talking about here, what was the purpose of her writing this post? Perhaps she plans to follow in Kathleen Parker’s footsteps. Calling Governor Palin stupid may actually get her on MSNBC. Yippee!

Read Carpenter's entire Althouse dismemberment here.

* Dick Armey calls Sarah Palin a cheerleader, revealing he is out of touch with everyday Americans and the positive impact Sarah Palin has had on the issues that affect our lives. C4P reader, Sapwolf, issues this reality check.

Dick really (*fill in the blank-ed*) up on TV going after Sarah Palin.

Almost every Tea Partier I've encountered thinks very highly of Sarah Palin. She has been working hard since the election and Dick’s dumb*ss comments hurt the movement, not help it. Quit breaking Reagan’s 11th Commandment.

Without her endorsement in NY-23, Hoffman would have finished third in that race and we never would have won the battle to force Dede out of the race, thereby successfully sending a message to the GOP in NY and DC to not push leftist candidates on us.

Get a clue!

You play right into the statist's hands when you insult or ridicule others on OUR SIDE.

I was starting to think FreedomWorks might be an organization to latch onto, but now I find it's simply a vehicle for Dick Armey to push his insider agenda and probably back Pawlenty, or some other moderate to liberal squish, in the GOP primary for 2012.

We have enough problems with Obama and the Dems trying to turn this country into Venezuela and you people decide to declare war on the ONE bright person who honestly and ferociously fights the statists at the national level while ALL of the other possible POTUS candidates disgrace themselves by not standing up for libertarian and conservative values.

Dick, what the hell were you thinking?

* MSNBC does what it normally does: reveal it has no credibility. It had this multiple choice to weigh:

A. Take the racebaiting angle or B. Opt for sexbaiting.

After a moment of consulting among themselves, no doubt, they chose B. Could it be that they learned something from me after I blasted them for their most ridiculous racebaiting attack on Governor Palin? They still have a thing or two to learn, however, and Newsbusters, The New Agenda, and C4P Editors waste no time teaching them a lesson.

Newsbusters:

The host never admitted or addressed the fact that his network was passing off counterfeit pictures to his viewers. Earlier in the segment, Ratigan displayed an image of Palin in a short, black mini-skirt. This photo is also not real. MSNBC should immediately apologize for presenting such false information.

The New Agenda:

Here we go again… I don’t even know what to say about the video from MSNBC’s Morning Meeting with host Dylan Ratigan. Will the war on Sarah Palin ever end? I’m starting to wonder if they are just trying to wear us all down so we will just stop fighting sexism entirely? Ok! We get it, you hate Sarah Palin! But the war on Palin isn’t really the only point is it? It’s the “sexism is okay if we just don’t like you” war on women that is exhausting. Do I even need to list what is offensive in this video? I’m so tired of pointing out what seems like the obvious, I thought I would ask for your help!

C4P:

He should feel stupid, and the whole MSNBC "news" network should feel stupid. In fact, you should help in making them feel stupid by contacting MSNBC and demanding an apology! MSNBC has been launching false and outright sickening attacks on Sarah Palin since she first arrived on the national scene, and it is time to start calling them out on it.

Highlighted here are just a few of the attacks being carried out by the pigs suffering from what I call "The Real Swine Flu." (Hey, if it looks like a pig, smells like a pig, and wallows in mud like a pig...you get the picture.) The symptoms have only begun to surface. Sarah Palin has driven these people crazy since August 29, 2008, and they are really, really out of their minds now. It's only going to get worse for them next week as she travels, shares her story, and meets the American people during her book tour launch. No worries: those of us who support her--and care about truth--are ready, slaughtering knife sharpened.

Sarah Palin Speaks at Wisconsin Right to Life

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

Last night Sarah Palin spoke at Wisconsin Right to Life. Fellow C4Per, K. Carpenter, was there and has provided a detailed report of what the governor spoke about. I expected her words to be passionate, heart-felt, and rooted in love for God and life. That's exactly what they were.

Carpenter writes:

Governor Palin then began to tell a story of a conversation she and one of her friends in Alaska had a few weeks ago. Her friend had picked up a couple of the relatively new $1 dollar gold colored coins. They were discussing what was missing off of the front of the coins. Those four little words that have gotten America through her most troubling moments, “In God we trust”. As she observed; those four little words have been pushed off to the side of the coin. No longer prominently displayed on the face of the coin but those words have now been hidden on the outer edge of the coin. As she observed, this is kind of where we, as a Nation, have shoved God in our own lives. She even stated that she had kind of done that with her own pro life movement. Yes, she was always pro-life but it was not really something she prominently displayed until she became pregnant with Trig.

Oh boy, when she talks about Trig, her entire persona just lights up. You can tell this woman is completely in love with that little boy. Governor Palin admitted that she was afraid before Trig was born on how she would handle a little boy with special needs. She also mentioned how she and Todd chose to work through the problems together.

The governor also spoke briefly about Bristol and the choices she had to make and the love and joy that Tripp has brought to their lives. Clearly, Governor Palin is very proud of her daughter and her grandson that is almost a year old. Governor Palin stated that people make mistakes but a beautiful child came as a result of that mistake. A mistake is no reason to take a life.

Please go over to Conservatives4Palin and read the entire article.

While there are many isssues on which individuals can agree to disagree, life is not one of them. It's too valuable, too precious, too fragile. I could rattle off a list of why I respect Sarah Palin as a leader and as a person. At the top of that list is her appreciation for life and refusal to compromise that position. She's not afraid to take a stand. Our nation needs this, and our unborn certainly do.

K. Carpenter ends her article with this:

Governor Palin left us with these words: "Don’t ever let anyone tell you to sit down and shut up”!

Don't worry, Gov, not sitting down, not shutting up, just getting started--like you.

Sarah Palin isn't Lying, but the DNC is (Video)

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

As you know, last week the DNC decided to attack Sarah Palin. Imagine that. In an attempt to undermine the huge impact she's had on the health care reform debate, they released a video in which they called her a liar. She, a private citizen who has been laying out the facts via Facebook, creates such a stir that she elicits a campaign to discredit her. But then again, that's no surprise; the president has had her on his mind for over a year now and has been addressing her Facebook notes for months. The fear is palpable, isn't it?

The DNC entitled their video "Call "Em Out: Sarah Palin Lying on Health Reform."

But wait...

C4P has revealed the truth in a video of their own, thanks to Sheya. The recently released video, "Quit Making Things Up: DNC," highlights the real deal, which can be summed up like this: Sarah Palin is not lying, but someone is.

Underneath the video released by the DNC, find the truth. I ask that you watch and then share with someone. After all, my sole motivation? The TRUTH!

This video can also now be viewed on the governor's Facebook page.
