Top Democrat: It’s Taken A Long Time To Control The People

Marxist democrats say the darndest things, and I’m not talking about Mr Gaffetastic, Joe "Big F****ing Deal" Biden who is liable to say anything, at anytime. Two words: Impeachment insurance!

No...this time I’m talking about a working Marxist communist, Congressman John Dingell, who is absolute proof we need term limits and we need them yesterday. This guy has been a member of the House of Representatives since 1955 and his dad held the seat before that.

Peter Barry Chowka from the American Thinker brings us this:

Rep. Dingell: It's taken a long time to 'control the people'

Rep. John Dingell (D-MI), the Dean of the House of Representatives for being the longest serving member of the body (he was first elected in 1955, succeeding his father, Rep. John Dingell, Sr.), made an amazing admission during a live telephone interview with Detroit WJR News/Talk 760 radio talk show host Paul W. Smith on Smith's show Monday morning, March 22, 2010. The night before, Dingell had been a featured speaker at the Democrat Congressional leadership victory press conference after Obamacare passed the House.

In response to a question posed by Smith, Dingell said:

Let me remind you this [Americans allegedly dying because of lack of universal health care] has been going on for years. We are bringing it to a halt. The harsh fact of the matter is when you're going to pass legislation that will cover 300 [million] American people in different ways it takes a long time to do the necessary administrative steps that have to be taken to put the legislation together to control the people.

The comment by Dingell begins 6 minutes 23 seconds into the twelve minute-long podcast of his interview on Smith's radio show. The podcast is titled "Congressman John Dingell tells Paul W. Smith he is thrilled with the passage of the health care bill." It can be streamed or downloaded as an mp3 audio file from this page at WJR's Web site.

In his defense, Congressman Dingell has said he was "tired" when he said this. Yeah, too tired to censor himself! Marxist-democrats will always tell you the truth if you listen long enough, even though they don’t mean to.

Anyhow, this poster child for term limits is just another in a long line of democrats to admit their real goal in life is to control every minute detail of your existence, because, you know, there are like smart and stuff!

These sociopaths have a disorder that makes them think that only they know what is right, and only they should have a say.

There’s a problem with this, of course, because Americans are freedom loving people. We were born into liberty, freedom, and the American way. We are the most unique people on earth, and blessed to be born in the only truly free civil society in human history. That’s a bad deal if you are a Marxist, because you can’t just impose your will on people. You must force them to conform to you misguided fantasies of how things should be.

Anyway we are glad that Congressman Dingell finally admits what we have been saying since Obama started us on this odyssey. ObamaCare isn’t about "health care reform" it’s about usurping the Constitution and establishing a different form of government. A centrally located command and control style of government, ran by a handful of "elites" without the consent of the people.

What has happened with ObamaCare is nothing less than a coup d'état. This was passed without the consent of the governed. Never before has a bill this unpopular been attempted, let alone forced on the American public.

Obviously, this isn’t over, and we shall prevail.

Thankfully, there is someone running against Dingell, this crusty old Marxist from the Eisenhower era. There is a solid Conservative, Dr. Rob Steele, who has thrown his hat in the ring.

Steele is among a growing list of physicians who are joining the fight. Of course, the Republican Party has a number of physicians among it’s ranks that serve in the House and the Senate, unlike the Marxist-democrat party, which is dominated by trial lawyers.

Anyhow, Dr Steele is a cardiologist from Superior Township. Michigan Capitol Confidential had this to say:

Like Conservative Party candidate Douglas Hoffman in New York's 23rd Congressional District and Republican Scott Brown in Massachusetts, Steele hopes his campaign can garner national support.

"Our general intention is to turn this into a national race with him (Dingell) being the poster child for everything that is wrong with Congress," Steele said.

With no prior political experience, Steele says that is to his advantage.

"We can't expect a career politician who caused all the problems to fix them," Steele said. "I'm not looking at this as some long-term thing. I'm not going to be there 20 years from now."

Steele was a founding shareholder of Michigan Heart, P.C. and serves as the chair of the finance committee and benefits committee.

He has been a vocal critic of President Barack Obama's health care reform proposals and has spoke at forums as an expert. Steele said he considers himself an independent. He said he held a 1994 GOP fundraiser and hadn't given to the Republican Party since then until the fall of 2009. Steele said he was more interested "in ideas than party."

Steele starts out behind Dingell in funding. According to the Federal Election Commission, Dingell has $622,587 in his campaign as of Dec. 31.

District 15 includes Washtenaw, Monroe and Wayne counties, as well as Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, Dearborn Heights and Romulus.

Steele is married. His wife, Phyllis Boniface, is a psychiatrist. They have four children.

Ideas before party...this sounds like someone Sarahcuda would be very interested in. I know the American people will be. If there was ever a cat that needed our support, this is our man. As I wrote yesterday we need to defeat each and every democrat, at each and every level, but some democrats, like Dingell deserve our special attention. These old Marxists have been growing moss in Congress for too long.

Congress, especially the House, but the Senate as well, was supposed to be inhabited by citizen legislators who came to serve, did their service, and went home. They were also supposed to live under the rules they imposed on us. This has been an epic fail on both accounts. Not only are these people coming to D.C. and staying until they are carried out feet first, they are writing laws, like ObamaCare, and exempting themselves and their cronies (labor unions, trial lawyers, etc.) from the ramifications. It is completely and totally corrupt.

Since it doesn’t look like we’ll have a constitutional amendment any time soon to fix this big problem, it looks like we will just have to work hard a defeat these relics, these hold overs from the glory days when Saul Alinsky and his kind still wandered the streets of Chicago.

Send Dr Steele some love and some cold hard cash. Much better than having Obama’s new IRS stooges take it from you! You can check out Dr Steele and his campaign here.

While we are at it, let’s not forget Dr Dan Benisheck, also from Michigan, who is running against Bart Stupak, the man who betrayed the nation, and God knows how many unborn babies, for an airport. Stop by Dr. Dan’s Facebook page here and check him out. Dr. Dan has rapidly become an internet sensation!

Of course, this episode of "Marxist-Democrats Say The Darndest Things" wouldn’t be complete without a stroll through some greatest hits.

Sunday night, in all of his glee the Reverend Al Sharpton popped up for his usual appearance on the Geraldo Rivera show on Fox. Sharpton, couldn’t contain himself and admitted that, yeah, Obama is a socialist and "the people voted for socialism."

Of course, who could forget the wonderful Newsweek cover we were treated to after Obama was elected:

Or the inevitable "revised for accuracy" photoshopped model:

Another old favorite is Marxist Maxine Waters. Here she is seen giving the "evil" oil executives hell. Marxist-democrats have never been, nor will ever be, accused of being smart. Waters is wearing out the oil executives when oil prices were at an all time high. The oil companies were wanting to open up more areas for exploration, you know, because of the age old supply and demand thing. Of course, that sort of complicated thinking is well beyond the capability for Waters, or any other Marxist.

True to form, not hearing what she wanted to hear, Waters throws a hissy-fit and exclaims she will just "socialize" the oil business, because, you know, that has worked out so well every time it’s been tried. The hilarity starts though when Maxine realizes, for the first time in her life, she has told the truth, and spilled the beans about the Marxists’ true intentions. The stuttering alone is worth the time to view the video:

.

More and more of these come out all of the time, and frankly, since Obama has become President, and these old Marxist revolutionary types feel emboldened, look for many more of these folks to finally let the mask fall.

Take this guy for example: When Obama caught heat for his anti-American, anti-Semitic, preacher, the Reverend Jeremiah "God Damn America" Wright, he threw his preacher, and mentor, of over 20 years squarely under the bus.

Well, Obama needed a new "spiritual advisor" so he picked this guy:

Wallis is a long time Marxist. The old revolutionary type. He of course, like many, perverts the Word of God to peddle his nonsense. BTW, isn’t it odd that all of the people who scream "separation of church and state" at the top of their lungs are silent when it comes to Marist loons like Reverend Wright and Reverend Wallis?

Andrew Breitbart and Naked Emperor News have uncovered some video of The Reverend Wallis extolling the virtue of the communist lifestyle. Check it out here.

Naked Emperor News has hours upon hours of this sort of thing on video, which you can check out here.

When I was growing up, communism was considered the most evil thing ever to infect society, and with good reason. Never mind the fact that as an ideology, it has failed every time it has been tried. Like Margaret Thatcher once noted: "Socialism is fine, until you run out of other people’s money."

Since Obama has become President he has spent more money than all of the previous 43 Presidents were able to do in 233 years combined, and most of his spending has been on the nation’s credit card. In other words, deficit spending. As a nation, we were already about to run out of other people’s money, before Obamacare became a reality.

Marxism, communism, always results in the enslavement of the people who live under this type of government, and as the system fails, people’s lives collapse around them.

What saddens me, as we approach the 100th birthday of the Great Ronald Reagan, the man who defeated the "evil empire," we now have this evil squarely entrenched in power here in America.

We can beat these people though. Just as Reagan, with the help of Maggie Thatcher and Pope John Paul, defeated the Soviets, the "evil empire," Americans can band together and beat the evil that has infected our nation.

Again, we need to defeat each and every democrat in each and every election, and with that said, let’s kick that off by helping Dr. Rob Steele defeat John Dingell and Dr. Dan Benisheck defeat Bart Stupak. We can also help Sarah Palin defeat the 20 she has targeted as well.

In 1948 John Southerland, creator of the "Fun Facts About America" series of films, produced a film called "Make Mine Freedom" that illustrates the American way of life, and warns of the evils of communism. You will no doubt see a character who reminds you of a certain someone selling "hope and change."

We present it now for your viewing pleasure:

I’m With Sarah Palin! Don’t Get Demoralized! Get Organized! Take Back Our Liberty And Freedom

One the 235th anniversary of Patrick Henry’s iconic "Give Me Liberty, or Give Me Death" speech, Barack Obama signs into law an unconstitutional power grab, disguised as "health care reform" that steals every single American’s freedom and liberty and establishes a central command and control government that will have total control over every aspect of your life, totally usurping the United States Constitution that our founders shed blood to establish.

It is beyond outrageous: It’s obscene.

No time to sit and complain though, it’s time to get energized and organized. We must defeat each and ever democrat in every election, at every level. No quarter must be given.

Let’s face it, the concept of a "blue dog" democrat, a "pro-life" democrat, or even such a thing as a "moderate" democrat, is a myth, a fantasy, a lie!

With the passage of ObamaCare, the worst piece of legislation in American history, one so unpopular that 3 out of ever 4 Americans loudly oppose it, the mask is off. Democrats have proven what many of us have been saying for a long time: Radical Marists, communists, have taken complete control of the party.

In essence, there are no trustworthy democrats, none. With the events we have witnessed over the past year, since radical communist Barack Obama took office, we now know that this group of Marxist thugs have no respect for the Constitution, no respect for the rule of law, and absolutely no respect for the American people.

These people must be defeated at every level, and shunned by polite society. Again, no quarter should be given. We learned all too well with Bart Stupak that ALL democrats are unprincipled traitors who would sell their children for the right price. In fact, that’s exactly what Stupak did, except he sold other people’s children.

Speaking of Stupak, he is a traitor to the nation. He sold us all out for his 30 pieces of silver and he sold out the millions of babies who will be murdered in the name of the Almighty Obama!

Stupak has a challenger, Dr Dan Benishek. Dr Benishek is a businessman and a solid conservative. He is not a career politician. Just a regular guy who wants to serve. We urge everyone to support Dr Benishek. You can check him out on Facebook here and catch an interview he did with Mark Levin here.

Sarah Palin, the leader of the free world, has announced a plan to start taking our nation back, one seat at a time:

Don’t Get Demoralized! Get Organized! Take Back the 20!

With the president signing this unwanted and "transformative" government takeover of our health care system today with promises impossible to keep, let’s not get discouraged. Don’t get demoralized. Get organized!

We’re going to reclaim the power of the people from those who disregarded the will of the people. We’re going to fire them and send them back to the private sector, which has been shrinking thanks to their destructive government-growing policies. Maybe when they join the millions of unemployed, they’ll understand why Americans wanted them to focus on job creation and an invigorated private sector. Come November, we’re going to print pink slips for members of Congress as fast as they’ve been printing money.

We’re paying particular attention to those House members who voted in favor of Obamacare and represent districts that Senator John McCain and I carried during the 2008 election. Three of these House members are retiring – from Arkansas’s 2nd district, Indiana’s 8th district, and Tennessee’s 6th district – but we’ll be working to make sure that those who replace them are Commonsense Conservatives. The others are running for re-election, and we’re going to hold them accountable for this disastrous Obamacare vote. They are: Ann Kirkpatrick (AZ-1), Harry E. Mitchell (AZ-5), Gabrielle Giffords (AZ-8), John Salazar (CO-3), Betsy Markey (CO-4). Allen Boyd (FL-2), Suzanne M. Kosmas (FL-24), Baron P. Hill (IN-9), Earl Pomeroy (ND-AL), Charlie Wilson (OH-6), John Boccieri (OH-16), Kathy Dahlkemper (PA-3), Christopher Carney (PA-10), John M. Spratt, Jr. (SC-5), Tom Perriello (VA-5), Alan B. Mollohan (WV-1), and Nick J. Rahall II (WV-3).

We’ll aim for these races and many others. This is just the first salvo in a fight to elect people across the nation who will bring common sense to Washington. Please go to sarahpac.com and join me in the fight.

Stand tall, America. Real change is coming!

- Sarah Palin

There is a reason why we and millions more refer to Sarah as the leader of the free world. Sarah Palin consistently speaks to the liberty and freedom our founding fathers fought and died for. Like the great Ronald Reagan before her, Sarah brings optimism and a can do spirit that is sorely lacking in others.

Sarah Palin sees America as "that shining city on a hill" that Reagan often spoke of.

Sarah also brings her competitive, never say die, spirit to the fight. No road is too long, no mountain is too high. Sarah inspires us all with her grit and determination. Watching her, a woman who grew up in a simple log cabin in the Alaskan wilderness, and rose to the highest levels of power and achievement, inspires us all to do our best each and every day, to work hard toward our goals, and to enjoy life to the fullest while we do it. She reminds us we all have the power to succeed.

America is the greatest nation ever to exist. Only in America does the opportunity exist to start with nothing and become everything. No other nation, now, or in history has empowered it’s citizenry in the way our nation has empowered them.

That all started changing today though. The moment Obama signed the legislation, liberty and freedom was dealt a massive blow, some say a mortal wound. Some say liberty and freedom are now dead and buried.

I however, refuse to say that. Liberty and freedom have been severely wounded, but there is plenty of time to heal them. The treatment for this, the prescription, if you will, is a thorough cleansing, starting with Congress.

We must rid Congress from all of those who would desecrate our Constitution and all of those who would see to grow government further. This includes progressives in BOTH parties. Anyone who disrespects the American people and seeks to go against their will.

Then we must remove these dangers to our liberty and freedom at the state and local level.

In other words, just as we must defeat each and ever democrat, at every level! We must also defeat the progressive Republicans. They are just as bad, because they enable the democrats in their insanity.

The time for timidity is over folks, we must be bold, we must be courageous. We can no longer sit back and allow these intolerable acts to be forced upon us. Our nation’s survival demands it!

"The war is inevitable -- and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come."

Katie Couric & the Lamestream Media

By Adrienne Ross - www.motivationtruth.com

When Katie Couric interviewed Governor Palin during the 2008 campaign, America saw a badgering piranha who had a clear agenda. That agenda was not to be fair and balanced and facilitate an interview that would allow the American people to hear from the governor and then make up their minds about her. It was not to present the truth in honest journalistic fashion. Her whole agenda seemed to be to demean, deride, and hound the governor right out of the gate on one issue in particular: abortion. Throughout the interview she looked condescendingly at Governor Palin, blinking wildly, obviously put off by this Republican woman with the unmitigated temerity to be unapologetically pro-life. Then she edited, spliced, and released something that misrepresented the interview. She might very well be the actual impetus for the phrase that has gained such notoriety since those elections: lamestream media.

Contrast her treatment of Governor Palin to her treatment Sunday of Rahm Emanuel, President Obama's Chief of Staff. Couric could barely keep from smiling, and might as well have put him on her lap, rocked him back and forth, and told him to blow while she wiped his nose. Was this an interview or was this Mommy taking care of Baby? I know spring is here, but it's a bit early still for softball. Couric was full of smiles as she interviewed Obama's right hand man. She might as well have held his hand.

Anybody with even one eye can see that the media is in the tank for Obama. There's no surprise there. When we get a chance to see something like this, though, we have to wonder if they even have the sense to pretend--you know, to do a little acting so their agenda is not so obvious. Perhaps Katie could have stopped smiling long enough to provide even the appearance of being something other than an obsessive liberal partisan.

I'm not suggesting that Emanuel should have been given the same treatment Governor Palin received. Katie's behavior during that particular interview was, frankly, embarrassing as she beat Governor Palin over the head twelve times on the issue of abortion. The governor wrote on page 277 of Going Rogue, "I began to feel like I was in the movie Groundhog Day." Yet during a time of various serious national issues, health care being one of them, Ms. Couric couldn't stop smiling long enough to even feign nonpartisanship while having tea with Emanuel. I suppose that's her modus operandi when dealing with the Left, though. After all, Joe Biden told her that FDR was president when the stock market crashed and that he talked about it on television, yet Katie said nothing. Maybe she didn't know to correct him. I wonder what she reads.

No surprise people like Katie Couric are losing their credibility with the people. More and more Americans are resenting the lamestream media's attack on their intelligence as they refuse to be fair and balanced in their reports. Our patience is increasingly declining, which might explain Couric's declining ratings.

Below are clips from her interviews with Governor Palin and Rahm Emanuel.

US District Court Denies Subpoena of Gov Palin's Emails

On March 17, 2010, the magistrate judge presiding over the criminal case pending against the alleged hacker, David Kernell, issued a detailed and thorough ruling denying Mr. Kernell's request for broad subpoena requests to rummage through Sarah Palin's email account. The judge, U.S. District Judge C. Clifford Shirley, Jr. denied David C. Kernell’s motion to subpoena all of Governor Palin’s emails. Instead, the judge looked closely at the governments allegation against David Kernell, and Kernell's defenses, and determined that the subpoenas the defense lawyer proposed sought, with one exception, completely irrelevant information to any issue pending in the case. Mr. Kernell was indicted for unauthorized access and identity theft allegedly committed on September 16, 2008. (March 17, 2010 Court Order, p. 2).

Kernell is facing trial for supposedly breaching and then establishing control over one of Gov. Palin’s private email accounts. After taking control of the email account, Mr. Kernell is then alleged to have posted several private emails, and personal and confidential information within the breached account to a public website. He was also indicted for posting the reset password to Gov. Palin’s breached account on that website and providing people with the means to access her account. One person apparently did in fact access her account using the information Kernell Provided (Shirley, 2010, p. 6).

Documents Sought Irrelevant and Inadmissible

For reasons never adequately explained by the defense, Kernell essentially sought access to every Palin email account and wanted copies of all emails. This amounted to a large scale fishing expedition that appeared more like a political maneuver than part of any justified legal defense. The court denied the overbroad and intrusive requests, and Judge Shirley ruled that Kernell “has received most of the requested materials in discovery and that the remainder are irrelevant or inadmissible at trial” (Shirley, 2010, p. 2). Federal Criminal Procedure Rule 17 stipulates that a subpoena may be issued to produce “any books, papers, documents, data, or other objects the subpoena designates,” and that all parties and their lawyers may inspect these documents; however, “[t]he Court may quash or modify a Rule 17 subpoena upon a motion promptly made if ‘compliance would be unreasonable or oppressive’ ” (Shirley, 2010, p. 2).

The government argued that the subpoenas were very broad and that the items requested were not relevant or admissible. With regard particularly to the subpoenas for information from Yahoo! and 4Chan, the government characterized most of the materials requested as duplicating discovery that the defendant had already received. It asserted that the materials that were not duplicative were irrelevant and inadmissible (Shirley, 2010, p. 2).
Most importantly, Judge Shirley denied the request to subpoena the content of email from any of Gov. Palin’s accounts. “The requests must be further narrowed to specifically exclude the content of emails” (Shirley, 2010, p. 5).

Rule 17 Not a Tool for Pre-Trial Discovery

Citing US v. Nixon, Judge Shirley noted that Rule 17 is not to be used as a tool for pre-trial discovery, which is a process by which evidence is gathered prior to a trial (Shirley, 2010, p. 3). Regarding Gov. Palin’s emails specifically, Shirley wrote in his ruling, “the government summarily suggested in passing that this Court lacked the authority to issue subpoenas for the content of emails under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act” (Shirley, 2010, p. 4). Essentially, acquiring these emails would have violated Gov. Palin’s privacy a second time and given the Democrats an opportunity to read her emails under the pretext of defending Kernell.

Seven out of Eight Subpoena Requests Denied; One Request Granted with Limitation

Only one out of eight requests within Kernell’s motion for subpoena was granted, and that was limited to one email account. (Shirley, 2010, p. 7). Judge Shirley’s order denying these subpoenas was a major victory for the prosecution. Gov. Palin is set to testify at the trial, which is scheduled for next month.

Discovery Channel Wins Bid For Sarah Palin’s Alaska

Sources say Discovery Communications has edged out rival A&E Networks in the bidding for the project, titled "Sarah Palin's Alaska."
Although travelogues are on brand for the Discovery flagship, having Palin as a centerpiece also makes the show a fit for mom-friendly TLC. Clearly nature docs are still viable for the company -- Discovery's latest effort in genre, the miniseries "Life," just debuted to 11.8 million viewers on Sunday night.
In her numerous TV appearances across a variety of programs, Sarah Palin has likewise proven she can draw an audience. Yet her show won't come cheap. Governor Palin's agent is asking $1.5 million per episode but considering the millions  & millions of viewers it is a bargain.  It will most likely be the most watched documentary in history.
The high-definition program will be shot in a style similar to "Life" or the 11-part "Planet Earth" and will feature Sarah Palin as a guide to the Alaskan outdoors.

Palin: Al Sharpton Says Vote for Obama Was For Socialism

Part I

Video retrieved from: Fox News: Hannity

Part II

Video retrieved from:Fox News: Hannity

A Damning Indictment: Sharpton Declares Obama a Socialist

In her interview with Sean Hannity on Monday, March 22, 2010, Governor Palin reiterated a direct quote from Al Sharpton as saying that those who voted for Obama voted for a transformation to socialism. For nearly two years, conservative commentators, analysts and bloggers have described Obama as either a socialist or a communist. When we did, our analysis has been dismissed as "right-wing extremism," "retarded," "name-calling," among others. I was among several who shouted it on the streets of Scranton, PA during the McCain-Palin campaign with the PUMAs, because the GOP which I am a member of did not have the courage to say it.

Al Sharpton, is almost universally reviled among conservatives as a leftist race-baiter. He is best known for his role in the hoax concocted by Tawana Brawley about a gang rape that never happened. That he agrees with us - that he agrees with Gov. Palin - as to what constitutes Obama's core ideology is a damning indictment and should give readers pause. Obama's friends and foes can finally agree: he is a socialist - and quite possibly a communist.

A Three-Front War

Governor Palin advocated a three-pronged approach to fighting ObamaCare during her two segments with Hannity: legislative repeal, lawsuits, and states exercising their Tenth Amendment rights. In my post covering Gov. Palin's historic post-ObamaCare Facebook Note, I said:
We will use all legal and political resources available to us to repeal, neuter, and destroy this legislation. We will work to strike it down in the courts and hamstring it with endless litigation. Our states will exercise their rights under the Tenth Amendment to refuse to partake in ObamaCare. We will vote out of office anyone who voted for this atrocity, purging and cleaning Washington, DC.
Gov. Palin said the worst aspect of ObamaCare was the complete disregard for the Constitution and rule of law. Gov. Palin said the bill had nothing to do with health or with care and everything to do with politics.

What happens if a TEA Party Candidate runs against a conservative Republican?

Hannity questioned Gov. Palin about the potential problems that could arise if both a conservative Republican and a third candidate born of the TEA Party movement ran for a given office. Gov. Palin said that such a possibility could be positive for it could force the GOP candidate to stake a stronger, more clarified position on the issues and cause the more politically correct candidate to wash out. The goal is for the strongest candidate to rise to the top.
